WAML Day 1
I’ve already gained 3/4 inch on my first experience with manual PE exercises starting with what I call my Zig Zag method. I simply took my one hand to hold the glans of my penis and jerked my penis diagonally then with my other hand using the web of skin between my index finger and thumb to slam the shaft of my penis to create micro-tears that stimulated growth. I did this for about 2 hour to 4 hour every day for about a month and a half and that was how I gained 3/4 inch for my first time. I was desperate during my stagnation. I next tried cock pumping my penis and I reached the limit of a 2.25 inch cylinder yet all I did was create foreskin growth. I’ve tried all types of PE creams and PE gels and sex pills. If this next progress that I make does not create results then I will have to simply take my time or wait for new plans.
My goal is to create micro-tears in my penis while exercising my penis. I will be incrementing the intensity of my penis supplements as I take time to exercise my penis for growth.
1) Salicylic Acid with Hydrocortisone in my penis and then vigorously masturbating my penis to stimulate the micro-tears from the Salicylic Acid with healing from the Hydrocortisone.
Next Level of Intensity.
2) Benzoyl Peroxide with Hydrocortisone in my penis and then vigorously masturbating my penis to stimulate the micro-tears from the Benzoyl Peroxide with healing from the Hydrocortisone.
Final Level of Intensity.
3) Trinitrotoluene (TNT) with Arginine in my penis and then vigorously masturbating my penis to stimulate the internal penis stretch of micro-tears with healing from Arginine as well as making my penis stronger.
That’s my plan of action for PE results.
