200 jelqs (1.5 seconds each, light pressure) (first week)
300 jelqs (3 seconds each, medium-hard pressure) (this week)
500 jelqs (3 seconds each, hard pressure) (from now on)
5 min warm up , massage (shower)
50 quick kegals
20 X 8 second kegals
