I’m brand new to this website, just created an account. I’ve read the past few days about the experiences of members on here and I’m pretty encouraged. My dick size is rather average/below-average and it really messes with my confidence. I don’t mean this to be pretentious in any way, but I have no problem picking up a girl (I’m 21, for reference). The problem I have is keeping them sexually satisfied and maintaining even a casual physical relationship. Part of the problem is of course my lack of confidence and my overall sex game regardless of size, so I’m here to hopefully add size and thereby increase my confidence/experience.

I’m going to start on the Newbie regimen today in hopes of eventual gain. Is there any pointers that any of you could offer? For example, I know that I’m supposed to have an erection of about 50-80% when jelq-ing.. Any pointers on how to maintain this erection? Any pointers on proper technique (I’ve seen the videos)? Like how exactly do you know you are doing it correctly? Etc. All help is appreciated!

Current Stats (will update with more precise stats in the coming days):
BPEL: 5.4-6 inches
NBPEL: 5-5.5 inches
MEG: 4.5-5 inches

Everything after that is gravy. I feel like the above goal is realistic and would put me in the average/slightly above-average category, which will tremendously boost my confidence.

Welcome aboard! I think we learn much about PE as we do it so while some of its hard to describe exactly, as you do it and as your body gives feedback, you’ll learn over time what’s effective and what’s not (i.e. took me quite some time to get the hang of jelqing in a way that resulted in gains).

I also think that continuing to peruse the forum and hearing multiple perspectives over & over (about how to jelq or whatever) has been very helpful for me.

I started out feeling that same way - that a bit more length & girth would give me more confidence and it has. The two best pieces of advice I’ve received to date, are to believe that PE is going to work for you and to remain consistent in your discipline to follow your program. Best of luck!

In my opinion, keeping a woman sexually satisfied is more about learning what they like, not exclusively the size of your junk.

If the afore mentioned women get bored after a short while, then I’d say there’s nothing wrong with you, but just that particular woman isn’t the one for you.

But if you feel having a bigger dick will make you feel better about yourself then I wish you all the best. Never change to make other people happy, change for yourself.

Just be consistent and listen to your cock. Don’t overtrain it ever.

Consistency discipline and motivation are really gonna help you in long run.

Everything was fine yesterday except for jelqing- I couldn’t stay hard.

Hey thought I’d chime in. I’m fairly new to this too and I had trouble staying in that sweet spot too while jelqing at first..

Not sure if it’s a conditioning thing, but I don’t have that problem anymore two months in so don’t get discouraged.

Did 2 official days in a row and now I’m taking a day off. Will go 2 on/1 off and then 2 on/2 off. I’m doing like 10-20 minutes of warmup, 5 minutes of stretching, and around 10 minutes of jelqing.

First I’d like to welcome you to the site. Stick around and you will find a wealth of knowledge and many people willing and wanting to help you along your journey. I am going to make a recommendation to you that I make to all new comers these days: Commit to 90 days of proper diet, exercise and PE. During this time I recommend you do not measure except to get your starting stats, and do not step on a scale. I highly recommend a ketogenic diet (high fat moderate protein low carb) and a schedule of 3 days lifting 2 days cardio and 2 days of rest in the gym. Follow the newbie routine as you have stated you are and then report back at the end of 90 days. My bet is that you feel like a new man and will want to continue this journey for life.

You will learn things as you practice PE, some of the most important are:
Trust your body
Love yourself
Patience
Perseverance
Problem solving.

Another question from the novice: I see people say that their penis stays fat and plump for hours after jelqing. Mine doesn’t- probably stays fat for about 5-10 minutes or so before deflating. Is this an indication that I’m not doing the excercise correctly or is it different for everybody?

In other news, I did 2 on/2off. Just finished my 2nd 2 on yesterday and will be taking another 2 day break. Thursday will begin my 2nd week.

Sorry I only found this thread now. Staying engorged differs from person to person. Hell it differs from day to day for me. So don’t take that as an indicator. You just do your thing. It might be because you struggle to maintain your erection but please, don’t go over the 80% erection gauge. You still need lots of experience and conditioning to be able to do that. It takes time and effort to start doing PE properly, so patience is crucial, but you will get there. Something I have learned in my journey is that edging at the end of my routine helps with a few things. It help improve your EQ, it helps you maintain a good erection during your routine, and for me personally, it helps with healing and cementing in gains made. Flooding your dick with that much blood for that long really helps after abusing it for so long.

On a side note, you goal is very realistic and reachable only using the newbie routine. I started very close to your starting measurements. I was 5.2”. At the start I fell between routines, not really knowing what I’m doing, but then I discovered thunders and started the newbie routine they had back then, and it worked wonders. After that I was hooked. I’m still going, even after reaching my first goal of 8”BPEL and now I’m just seeing how far I can press it. Word of caution. Dick size won’t help you in the bedroom. Sometimes it might even restrict you, but from what I read, you want the confidence more than the actual tool, and I can tell you this, there is a confidence that come with packing a bigger size and women pick up on it almost instinctively.

I appreciate the lengthy and detailed reply. I’d say I’m probably jelqing at anywhere between 50-80 percent, definitely not full erection. If I find myself getting too hard, I just pause the session until I deflate some.

That’s amazing gains, congrats! That keeps me motivated and hopeful.

You will see. The gains will come. Just keep at it. If you have questions, just ask. Somebody would be at hand to answer it. When it comes to manuals I know a fair bit with all my experience, but when it comes to equipment, then my knowledge is a bit limited.
