What’s up guys, so I am very new to PE and have a question. So I have been doing the newbie routine for about a week or so and noticed awesome girth hanging around already. But my quality and frequency of my erection has dropped? Am I doing to much? Not warming up enough? Currently I’m warming up with a warm wrap for about 5 minutes, 10 minutes of stretching then 200 Jelqs. Then another 5 minutes of warm wrap. Also doing about a day or two of rest in between.

Your volume is perfect for a beginer.

It seems your intensity is not.

If you were using correct intensity you would have better eq than the one you started.

Ok, so does that mean I’m doing it to hard? As in grip when I Jelq? And/or stretching to hard?

Yes!

Try to do it a little softer and see what happens.

Alright sweet, I’m gonna take a few days off do to some darker spots on my penis (From overworking most likely) then give her try!
