Heat rice sock for 2 minutes in mircrowave, lie in bed lisening to music for around 15-30 minutes heating up, get out the towel on the floor, put baby powder on and get toilet paper and stretch, 5 minutes down, 5 left, 5 right,5 up
If i can do tunica same minutes same sides but the tunica not ligs.
While looking on the internet at women or getting stimulated some other way do dry jelqs,squeezes,ulis for 20 minutes, add some supra slammers if i can, do wet jelquing once a week with balls, cant do more or get zits on my dick.
