Whoopshaha's Routine
Original routine was beginner routine for 5 weeks.
After 5 weeks I kept the beginner routine stretches but also incorporated JP 90s stretches and replaced Jelqing with Big Als the Squeeze, due to Jelqing injury related to turkey neck.
I hold all static stretches for 45 seconds.
Current routine:
5-10 minute warm up with rice sock.
Stretch all directions along with a btc stretch and a jp90 rotation stretch for 45 seconds.
Then I do the JP90 stretching routine.
Then I do squeezes where I used to do 200 Jelqs.
