Hey what’s up everyone. I stumbled upon this site from researching clamping on reddit.

Just to start things off, my current measurements are 9.18 inches in length bone pressed and 6.25 inches around. I have a goal of hitting 10 inches at the minimum with 7 inches in girth within the next year so I’m not too far out. I do have a long term goal of hitting 12 inches in length bone pressed and 7.5 inches around but I know that’s years out and plenty of hard work away.

I have the length side of things covered now so I’m here doing research into increasing girth.

Hi Ruthlesswolf welcome to the forum and I hope you find what you are interested in. You have stratospheric measurements and from what you say you want to go even higher, out of curiosity why do you have this goal? You make us earthlings feel so small. In any case it will be a commitment of hard work over time with consistency. Sorry for the question, good work and best regards.

I honestly don’t have a great reason for it, I just want to see it hit the end of a ruler.

Hi Ruthl

okay it’s your challenge that you want to see it as long as the whole ruler, however, evaluate things well because then there are also implications that are not positive with such large measurements especially in the sexual relationship as a couple. Always available to compare good things, I salute you.

I already have experienced the situation with a couple partners and it can be worked around easy enough. To be 100% honest, just hitting double digits in length would make me happy and the long term goal is more of a pipe dream of mine.

Ok on the the training.

My current setup is a modded zen hanger and I’m working with 3.5lbs at the moment. The goal is to hit 10 hours a week at a couple different angles. I’m also pumping/clamping but that’s only around 20-30 mins of total work. My typical sets look like this:

3 sets of 20 mins with 10 mins in between for rest. I’ll do this at night and try to in the morning before work.

Pumping/clamping is 2-3 sets of 10 minutes with 10 minutes of rest between sets.

well if that’s your goal that makes you happy, go for it!!! Sure it’s long term but don’t say unattainable otherwise you start off not in a positive way. You will have to have perseverance, discipline, don’t force yourself to avoid damage, and you will see the good results I wish you. Good work and if you need to talk to each other you can do it very well, bye :up:

Thank you for that. I work in sales so a positive mindset is an absolute must and the same goes for putting in the work. I’m fully prepared to put the work in and have time blocked out of my day specifically for the exercises.
