TL;DR —- 7 months of PE === 0.5” gain in BPEL (and I’ve seen about that same length in NBPEL increase)

Been lurking here since may, thought it was about time to come out of hiding. My story is pretty short. Starting having ED issues (couldn’t keep it up). Hated using Viagra. Discovered I could fix my ED AND make my dick bigger? Where do I sign! Long story short, I’m now a believer. Jelqing fixed my ED issues within a few weeks, and my EQ has only gotten better over the last seven months. I’ve also gained 0.5 inches in length:

Starting
BPEL 6.9
BPFSL 7.0
EG 4.9

Ending
BPEL 7.25
BPFSL 8.0
EG 5.0

The astute reader is asking how 6.9 —> 7.25 is half an inch. Well, I use to always measure after PE but eventually I switched to measuring on off days. If I measure after a routine I’m now at 7.4 so comparing apples to apples (initial measurement post-workout to current measurement post-workout), it’s a 0.5” gain. At least, that’s what I’m telling myself (stay motivated peeps!) My girth is probably also more. It’s moved up into ‘really easy to get a 5.0 on my worst day’ measurement, but girth isn’t really my focus right now (my glans is 6.0+ so more focused on length)

Start: Dec 2016 BPEL: 6.125" MEG: 5.5" (5' - 9" 264 lb)

Curr: Oct 2017 BPEL: 6.75" MEG: 5.625" (5' - 9" 245 lb)

Goal: 7.5" x 6" .......I want to win the dick swinging contest.

Thanks for the kind words. I’ve always considered myself just average or maybe ‘slightly’ above average (and still do, but someday.)

I’ve loosely followed the newbie routine for 7 months:

10m warmup
10m stretching
110 jelqs
5-10m warm-down (while edging usually)
50 kegels, but only on day 1
2 on / 1 off

I use a bathmate once a week just to keep things fresh, and because I think it stretches the tissues in a different way. I attribute some of my gains to simply using the bathmate in combination with stretching and jelqing. I think were I to remove any of these, my gains would be less.

I had at one point went up to about 160 jelqs, but these days I’m focused more on quality than quantity. Think I finally have a jelq technique that I’m very happy with.. So will just keep at it.

I say that I’ve ‘loosely’ followed, because if I wanna try something different, then I try it.

Oh, and I have a space heater that I have used for every workout since day 1.

Today’s workout:

10m warmup
10m stretching
200 jelqs
5m warm down while kegeling (50 reps)

Had some good experience over the weekend that leads me to believe wife can handle approx 7.5” in length so I can safely go another 0.25 - 0.5 in that direction. Will keep at it :)

And can we have that statement printed in gold letters as sticky “Jelqing fixed my ED issues within a few weeks, and my EQ has only gotten better over the last seven months.”

PE seems to be a real alternative to chemistry in your case. Just the confirmation of my own motivation I was looking for.
