Hello hello!
Ever since Kingsnake left us, there’s not been too much talk about Chem PE, so I’m going to change that and hopefully start up some conversation. But first, some background info.

Background:
PE on and off for about 3 years. Started off with Jelqing & manual stretches. I eventually read more into PE and was intrigued, so I ordered the total man hanger set. Since then, I had gone through periods of continuous hanging which would last me a couple months, then I’d start back up again a month later. During this time I did some occasional clamping which was done incorrectly, and because of this, I have a discolored, dark penis, and maybe some scar tissue under the skin at the base of my dick.

I rarely have great erections without stimulation. Only sometimes when I wake up in the morning is when I get an erection without stimulation.
Now for size. I used to have a 6 incher while hanging, but realized 2 years later after on and off PE that I’m now actually 7 inches exactly. Girth still the same, maybe slightly smaller than what I remember. My flaccid is 5.3 inches.

Chem PE Routine (Twice a day):
1. Apply DMSO + PABA to base and length of penis 20 - 40 minutes before hanging.
2. 75 Minutes of heated hanging - Each 15 mins I increase the weight until I’ve reached a maximum of 1400grams
3. Edged Clamping - 5mins on, 2 mins off. 3 - 5 repetitions.
4. Jelqing - 100 reps
5. Wear ADS until its time to do this routine again. (I sleep with the ADS on)

As I’m writing this, I just had my DMSO that I ordered finally arrive. I will be updating on this later tonight as I test it out for the first time.

Feel free to ask questions or criticize! Chem PE is important but still not as popular, so lets get talking about it!
P.S This routine will change slowly as I have ordered new chemicals/topicals/consumables (Nothing illegal).

There are several threads on what causes that and how to fix it. Good: it’s fixable. Bad: if you continue PE, it will probably come back, though Firegoat rolls may be able to prevent that.

The discoloration doesn’t bother me too much, I’m more concerned about me toughening up my ligs due to incorrectly clamping.
May I ask how long it took you to notice results using DMSO + PABA?

It might not be an issue with the dmso/paba but be careful when applying heat when there is a topical/transdermal on your penis, I ended up with very bad burns due to the reaction that took 6 weeks to heal.

1 inch in 5 days

No, the title is not misleading. In fact, I did increase my length from 7 inches to 8 inches, and I also went from 5 inches in girth to 5.5 inches. I haven’t spent much time posting because I was incredibly excited and couldn’t resist engaging in intimate moments with my girlfriend after the new upgrade. She also confirms the increase in size.

However, here’s where the positive results come to a halt.

I didn’t manage to maintain these gains. I maintained my routine exactly the same, fearing that I might disrupt the progress or make a mistake. So, I assure you, I remained dedicated. Currently, my length has decreased to 7.25 inches, and I have lost all the girth gains.

Here are my observations after using 99.9% DMSO alone for 5 days:
- A sensation of burning skin (ouch)
- A feeling of increased weight
- Dry and flaking skin
- Ligaments feeling physically softer when gently pressed

By the fourth day, I noticed a significant slowdown in my gains. My flaccid hang wasn’t as pronounced, and my girth was also decreasing as I got erections.

Here’s my theory to explain the diminishing length gains:
The DMSO is indeed having an effect. After a few days of usage, with the compound breaking down my ligaments, I realized that the weight I usually hang with was starting to cause aches in my ligaments when hanging straight down (which hadn’t occurred before using DMSO). I tailored my hanging routine based on Longerstretches’ key principles for achieving sustained growth. It emphasizes using light weights and gradually increasing them.
This led me to think that the DMSO might be breaking down my ligaments, making the weights feel much heavier. Now, you might be wondering, "If his ligaments are weaker and the weight feels heavier, shouldn’t that result in more stretching? So why did he lose gains?"
I believe it’s because the weight became too much for my weakened ligaments, causing them to tense up and resist the weight (if this concept is unclear, I recommend reading Longerstretches’ posts).

How am I planning to address this issue?
I’m considering implementing more increments that lead up to my maximum hanging weight. This approach will allow my newly weakened ligaments to gradually stretch over a longer period at each stage. This is what the plan would look like:
- 200 grams for 10 minutes (no heat)
- 310 grams for 15 minutes (heated)
- 510 grams for 15 minutes (heated)
- 680 grams for 15 minutes (heated)
- 850 grams for 15 minutes (heated)
- 975 grams for 15 minutes (heated)
- 1100 grams for 15 minutes (heated)
- 1320 grams for 15 minutes (no heat)

For comparison, here’s my previous hanging routine:
- 200 grams for 10 minutes (no heat)
- 510 grams for 15 minutes (heated)
- 850 grams for 15 minutes (heated)
- 1100 grams for 15 minutes (heated)
- 1400 grams for 15 minutes (no heat)

You can see that my new routine includes significantly more incremental steps leading up to the maximum weight. If this approach doesn’t yield results and I’m still experiencing that stretching ache in my ligaments, I will consider reducing the weight instead of adding more increments to see if that proves effective.

Now, let’s discuss the decrease in girth:
During this routine, I was clamping, and jelqing twice a day, and my flaccid state appeared thick, as did my erections. It looked visually impressive and was highly arousing, causing me to edging for several hours each day.
After each edging session, I noticed my erections becoming progressively thinner.

Here’s my plan of action:
I intend to refrain from any edging, masturbation, or touching while following this routine. I believe that the more I play with my penis, the more I compress it, thereby undoing the newly gained girth. Despite the difficulty of keeping my hands off, it’s a necessary step.

So, it has been an exciting week for me, albeit incredibly frustrating to witness such a significant loss in gains. Nevertheless, I encourage everyone to delve deeper into the topic of DMSO; its effects are certainly noticeable, and it is completely safe when used correctly. I suspect that DMSO could become an essential tool for every PE’er. To me, it’s like a way of "resetting the penis," which can prove incredibly beneficial, especially for those who have strengthened their ligaments through intense hanging or experienced injuries.

I ask for those of you that have theories, criticism, or questions to reply. I’m a long time lurker on this site and have a decent bit of knowledge but I don’t know everything. So please, don’t be shy. The sooner we can get DMSO to be mainstream, the more those big players will join in and provide their feedback.

What hanger do you use? Have you thought about going down the pge-1 route?

After a quick google it seems to be a hardcore way of keeping an erection?

I’m not quite sure exactly what it does or how its used for PE. Please correct me if I’m wrong. Do you have any experience using it?

Sorry for not seeing this before, I use a vacuum hanger from total man.

It’s been a while since my heating pad from Total Man stopped working. I’ve continued my hanging routine without it. The length appears to be around 7.5" when flaccid and stretched out. It’s a bit challenging to measure accurately when erect due to a slight upward curve.

As for my girth, it seems to have decreased from its previous measurements. Even though I haven’t taken exact measurements, it feels noticeably smaller in my hands. The side view appears much thinner than it used to be. I suspect that this might be related to the use of DMSO. Given that the penis primarily consists of collagen fibers and DMSO is known to dissolve collagen, I’m concerned that it might be gradually affecting the size of my penis. I understand this sounds quite alarming, but it’s merely a theory. I’m uncertain about any other potential reasons for the decrease in girth.

Here are some additions I’ve made to my routine:
- A mixture of 50% DMSO and 50% Magnesium Chloride
- A blend of 50% DMSO and 50% Lugol’s 2% Iodine
- A combination of 70% DMSO and 30% Deionized water
All of these are stored in 5ml dropper vials.

Additionally, there was a thread I came across that discussed mixing Magnesium Chloride, DMSO, and Lugol’s Iodine to help with hard flaccid issues. Despite trying this mixture, I haven’t noticed any improvement in erection firmness or an increase in the frequency of erections. The only subtle change I’ve observed is that the head of my penis appears slightly fuller or rounder. However, this might just be a placebo effect.

I’ve ordered a Near Infrared (NIR) heating pad from AliExpress based on the consensus I found in the "Why NIR is better than FIR" thread. The pad’s specifications are 211.5mW/cm2 irradiance and dimensions of 20cm x 40cm. I’m aware that it’s quite large, but it’s the only pad I’ve come across with such high irradiance, which is crucial for me.

I’m also considering getting an NIR lamp from AliExpress. I stumbled upon one with an irradiance of 200mW/cm2. This is the highest irradiance available in any NIR lamp on that website. My intention with the lamp is to target the base of my penis where my suspensory ligament begins. This area is not reached by the heating pad.

NIR therapy has been discussed in relation to its potential for increasing collagen and promoting tissue growth following exposure. While I’m not entirely certain about all the details, it’s something that requires verification. I’m going by what I remember from Solvay’s NIR thread.

I reached out to Kyrpa and he advised that after a substantial increase in length, I should cease using topicals, heat, and girth exercises. Instead, I should maintain an extended position for 2-3 weeks to allow the penis to heal and solidify the gains. My plan is to follow a pattern of 4 days on involving girth exercises, topicals, and hanging, followed by a week-long pause during which I’ll remain in an ADS to keep the penis stretched and elongated while it heals. Then, I’ll repeat the cycle.

Today marks the fourth day of hanging and applying topicals, which means that starting tomorrow, I’ll spend seven days in an ADS. I’m curious to see how this approach will progress.

Size/ Routine Update:

Mid Girth - 5.3 inches / 13.5 cm
BPEL - 7.6 inches / 19.5 cm

I am pleasantly surprised by my progress. In just 17 days, I’ve gained nearly 2 whole centimeters. My brain is making me doubt this achievement, thinking there might be another explanation. For some reason, I’m struggling to believe that my growth is real. However, I am absolutely certain that I have never seen my penis measure beyond 7 inches in my entire life.

I received my 211.5mW/cm2 660nm / 850nm NIR Pad in the mail. I’ve been using it on the highest setting for 2 days. Although it becomes uncomfortably hot and feels like it’s burning, I’m managing it.

I’ve made some adjustments to my routine. Clamping caused my penis to become a bit sore, and I experienced a loss in erectile quality (EQ). Therefore, I’ve reduced the intensity of my girth exercises and completely stopped clamping. Instead, I’m doing 10 minutes of condom pumping, using silicone sleeves from an order I received from Total Man years ago, instead of condoms.

I’ve reverted to my previous hanging routine with fewer increments, as I no longer feel the same discomfort in my ligaments/tunica. Additionally, I mentioned in my last post that my girth seemed thinner/smaller, but I no longer hold that perception. It feels thicker now, suggesting that my initial impression might have been due to decreased EQ. Although I was convinced that I was as hard as possible, my perception might have been off. Regardless, I’ve experienced nothing but positive outcomes since making these changes, so I will continue with them.

I’ve significantly reduced the volume of my girth exercises, as I’d like to prioritize gaining as much erect length as possible before focusing on girth. I’m unsure if the notion of gaining length before girth is still considered a valid approach or if it’s outdated information.

Current Routine:
Hanging twice a day (Hanging routine outlined below)
- 200 grams for 10 minutes (no heat)
- 510 grams for 15 minutes (heated)
- 850 grams for 15 minutes (heated)
- 1100 grams for 15 minutes (heated)

Condom/sleeved pumping for 10 minutes, divided into two five-minute sessions, with jelqing in between.

I wanted to provide a quick update. I’ve developed two blisters on my shaft, and I suspect they’re a result of the heat from my NIR pad. I won’t be taking a break, but I accidentally popped one while using a sleeve during pumping. Surprisingly, they’ve both significantly reduced in size within just a day, so I’ll proceed with my routine.

I’m not sure how I missed your reply but I’m actually experiencing the same thing. I’ve been getting blisters while wearing my NIR heat pad. Is this what you had? A visibly dark red penis with blisters?

Oh I am interested in this… I am off to do some research into DMSO.
