My apologies, I misunderstood. If I’m really pressed for time, I do a quick HIIT workout. I live in a highrise apartment building so its easy for me to head over to the staircase and a quick workout. A typical 10-15 minute workout would look like this
2 minute jump rope warmup
Sprint up 10 flights
20 jumping jacks
25 pushups
Walk down
Sprint up 10 flights
20 burpees
30 mountain climbers
Walk down
Sprint up 10 flights
Walk down
Do this first thing in the morning and it really gets your metabolism going. I’m a firm believer that I can always find 10 minutes to do something I really want to do. A commitment to a healthy lifestyle (whether it be in the gym or in PE) doesn’t have to be a zero sum game. There’s very rarely a day when I can’t sacrifice 10 minutes.
