Warm up rice sock 5 minutes.

Jelq for 20+ minutes,

Warm down/up rice sock 2-3 minutes.

Hang at 5lbs for 10 minutes-warm down/up with rice sock… then 7.5 lbs for 10 minutes-warm down/up rice sock… and then 10 lbs for 10 minutes, while giving a manual stretch to my penis every few minutes for a hold of 10-20 seconds with weights hanging. Final warm down rice sock 5+ minutes.

Later in the day if I get time, I may do same routine for hanging again.
