Hahaha man, my jr. Thanks you for your reply. I already started when I saw all those unbelievable reports. Now, I have %100 percent confidence and trust in PE. Even though not having goals as high as many people here, I am sure I will get to my goals.

Guys, I am kind of confused about the measurement technique. Since I have a slight upwards curve, I can’t be sure if I got the BP technique right. Should I make my cock all the way straight or just slight tension ? Also, about the pad, I got a 23.2 BMI and things are all good down there, but if I press against the pad with the ruler, I can get some more distance. Should I do this ?

Guys, I would appreciate an answer to be motivated to continue more efficiently in this path.

How about for the first couple of months you don’t worry about measuring and just get to work. Trust me you’ll see if you’re gaining. Measuring will drive you nuts.

Yeah, I think that is a healthy mindset. Like you said, enjoying the process is one the most important aspects of anything you do in life. Thanks for your reply, but I will eventually need the answer. Even though I don’t measure it yet now, it might be beneficial for me to have the answer in this thread. If you can answer it simply, I will be glad.

The thing is I am currently applying “the Newbie Routine”. However, I get hard very easily. For example, during stretches, this is unbearable. Because it doesn’t go down. I have to wait him to relax for so long. What can I do about this ?

I have the same issue especially when jelqing, what really helped me was paying attention to my breathing. Like 1 jelq I inhale and hold and the next jelq I exhale. Each time thinking inhale and exhale and really puts my mind off. Or another thing you can try is standing on your tippy toes and flexing you calves I think blood gets focused there and it’s also distracting. Also make sure to warm up well, I do it in the shower and have really hot water on and it’s no problem right after.

Measure your penis when it is pointing straight out. My erection angle is very high and I have a upward curve as well, I point my penis straight out when I measure. BP (bone pressed) is just as it sounds, press the ruler into your fat pad, with moderate force.

There is a thing called BPEL (bone pressed erect length) which you can push a ruler to your pelvic bone and measure there additionally there is NBPEL (bone pressed erect length) measurement where you just measure from the base of the shaft with no pressure. Typically people do both. And for your curve I would do slight tension since you said it was a slight thing.

Thanks Twelvegauge for your reply. I think I get the idea, it is about the blood flowing to another muscle group. I saw that another member suggested a quick set of pushups or an activity to get pumped. That’s also a good idea. I guess I warm-up well too, but to be honest, hot water turns me on 😁.

Thank you Mac93 for your reply. I tried to straight it out before I started PE but now I realized I can’t really straight it because of increased erection.
