* Basic stretching: 60 sec each direction (seven directions)
* Rotation stretch 10 times left and 10 times right

Girth
* 200 Jelqs 60-90% erect
* 5 Compressor squeezes
* 10 (20 sec) Horse squeezes

*Cool down 2-3 min with wet, cold towel
