It’s been awhile. I had stopped awhile back because I had a weird feeling - I may have done something while pumping or just in general been sore from something unrelated. Either way I didn’t have a really good way to use the Bathmate and ultimately stopped my overall routine. I think it made a small part of my shaft darker (possible injury?) This has never gone away.
I’m starting over again, just doing a simpler version of newbie routine (avoiding jelqs, which I understand are a major part of PE I know). Just focusing on heat + manual stretch + ADS.
I’ve gotten wiser to how to measure properly so here is actually some more updated numbers:
FG: 4.25”
FL: 3.75”
EG: 4.75”
EL: 6.25”
BPEL: 6.75”
*edit* flaccid length is not stretched.
I think that first post last year I was really shrunken flaccid that day as I’ve never seen it that retracted in quite some time. I think I’m longer slightly due to either normal variation, EQ, weight loss, or all 3.
I started back up a few days ago and just the application of wet heat + manual stretches has already seen major gains in flaccid hang throughout the day. I honestly think the biggest impact is the wet heat currently. I notice w/o heat I feel the rope/tire steel cord effect but w/ heat that seems to go away or diminish significantly. I’m still not sure of which is which on that.
Heat + Manual stretches and the following has occurred after just 1 week:
1) EQ way up. WAY up. I feel bigger just from EQ alone (and probably am very slightly or at my natural max).
2) Mild general soreness at base ligs and at tip/head
I also measured LOT. My LOT is between 10-11, which if I understand Bib’s Lot Theory is a good thing for potential gains. This got me really excited if that turns out to be effective.
I’m still puzzled as studies show some benefits w/ traction but forum says can cause major injuries and not effective. I’m not sure the “best” technique but for now am sticking to heat + manual stretches and potentially ADS (Maybe Phallosan forte).
Post heat+manual stretches for a week (nothing permanent yet but still impressed):
FL: 4.5” - 5.0” (+0.75” to +1.25”)
FG: 4.5” (+0.25”)

Crossing-fingers that I can do this safely and get improvements.
Starting: EL: 6.75" EG: 4.75" FL: 3.75"
Current: EL: 6.75" EG: 4.75" FL: 4.25"
