Has anyone order a vacuum cup with silicone sleeve on aliexpress? If so please tell me if it’s any good. Thanks!

Yes I have and it’s no different then the one from Ebay. The sleeve does break alot so make sure to get a bunch.

I have a few different styles and sizes. All of them work and they’re cheap enough that you can buy a few to experiment with and determine your preference

I have used the expensive, FDA approved vacuum device as well. In comparison, the AliExpress one seems to work even better for me. Sleeves last only a few weeks, but cost next to nothing and are easy to re-order. Major advantage of the AliExpress device is the absence of the base ring. That thing causes skin irritation and pain, at least in my case.

With the AliExpress device, wearing time is limited only by lymphatic fluid buildup in the head, possibly from using a slightly oversize cup. Though as far as I’ve learned from this site, head swell has low risk I do feel I need a break after 6 hours or so. I can use it at lower tension while sleeping.

The expensive device comes with a tension indicator, so you can see when tension is too high, that may be the only major advantage. But once you’ve learned about what the optimal tension is for you, it’s no longer an issue.

I find the cheaper vac’s fit better than lg and auto extender to be honest, I wasted allot of money but the sleeves are longer lasting and better quality from the 2 mentioned. So now I use the cheap vac but stocked up on better sleeves.
