Agree with most of the comments. The only thing I would add is the guy is overweight. If he went on a diet/ exercise routine and lost most of that excess weight etc his cock would measure a bit bigger and he would be healthier.

Yeah that too. The guy really needs to fix his head. Shame to see anyone acting like that both pre and post enlargement. Real shame.
