Stealth Innerwear Review

So, I bought one a couple months back and gave it a try, hoping to find a decent ADS that can be discreetly work while at work.

1) It’s difficult to put on.
Even with plenty of practice, I found it difficulty to put the device on and in place.

2) The silicone slips off.
The integrated silicone ring isn’t large enough to maintain a grip on my ween.

3) Cuts off circulation.
On the rare occasion that I could get it to stay out without just sliding off or me turtling into it, I’d start to get numb and sore after about an hour.

It’s a clever idea for an ADS device, but it doesn’t work worth beans, for me.
Maybe it’s because I have a tapered overall shape where the shaft is thinnest near the end. And maybe it would work for other guys with different anatomy. IDK.
But I can’t recommend the product.

Sorry it didn’t work for you. I suspect incorrect sizing/technique. Stealth customer service is excellent. I would contact them. My first order required help from customer service assistance.

I have worn the Stealth Innerwear for years. After awhile it will stretch out so I have ordered new and larger sleeves as my size increased.

I am very pleased. My flaccid stays longer and it is very comfortable to me.

A bonus for some is your package will definitely be more prominent in your pants. I prefer to be more “stealth” with my package but if you feel otherwise this will give you a more visible package.

I think it is worth it for you to contact customer service because I have had none of the issues you described. Finally, they will do custom sizing.

Did you try it with the corkscrew as well or just the sleeve?

I have the corkscrew and use the SabreSkin for pumping.

I recently purchased one if these and have to admit it is a pain (literally!) to put on! I’ve only managed it twice, so far. It may be more difficult for me because I am uncut. Once on, it is relatively comfortable to wear for long periods - I wore it overnight while sleeping - and it does not impede urination so, unlike some ADS, you don’t need to keep removing and reapplying it when you need to go take a pee! Considering the long battle to get this thing on in the first place, that’s a blessing! After wearing it overnight, there was a degree of creeping numbness in the glans but once removed there was no lasting damage - no bruising or such.

I had a light bulb moment about a possibly better way of getting this thing on but have yet to try it out. When I do, I will report back!

BTW, I used the measurement guide on the product order page and plugged my measurements into the drop down boxes for length and girth and got the recommendation to order the D26. However, I have since consulted the size chart and, when selecting the same measurements on that, I find the E26 is indicated! Maybe I should have used the chart when I ordered and the size I got is a tad too small?

I put on the thin sleeve first and then the fabric sleeve. I use the thin sleeve to pull on the fabric sleeve. Sizing is key.

I ordered some custom fitted sleeves and they’re currently out for delivery.

I’ll report my findings as soon as I try them on :)

Finally got here couple days later lol.. Anyhow I ordered a few custom tapered sizes so I can grow into them and see how they feel and fit, hopefully without slipping off as I read a few complaining about that. Anyhow I’ve had it on now for about an hour and so far it feels great and the sizing seems perfect thanks to stealth’s support with sizing. The material definitely feels a bit stiff but it also feels like it’s going to break in over time like sneakers would. :)

I also got SabreSkin to use with pumping.. I haven’t tried it just yet but will soon.

It is only stiff initially. In fact, here is a tip. Over time it will stretch and become too loose. I then put it in the washer and dryer and it regains its shape and is tighter again. Eventually you will wear it out or grow out of it (a good thing). I am a big fan. Correct sizing is key and customer service is very helpful. My flaccid has never been longer. I don’t claim all of that increase is due to the stealth Innerwear but I do believe keeping your penis in an elongated state is very helpful to growth. When I was more active with PE I had 2 different sizes-1 for daily wear and another larger size to wear after pumping. Your “mileage may vary” but for what it is worth-when I began PE my Stealth was size D36 and last month I ordered I42. Good luck.

I got the coil now. I got a sleeve too but it was too small. I’m sure I can stretch it on anyway, but I didn’t order it for the coil. I already knew the setup from stealth wouldn’t work for me, but I knew how I was going to do it before I bought it. I got it in last week and been able to put it on pretty easily and wear for 1-2hrs daily.

I could wear longer comfortably, but I use it when I’m up and doing stuff around the house. Like cooking, cleaning and whatever else. Lol, it makes me more production at home. The reason is because I like the weight of it and it feels it pulls differently when it’s just hanging while standing.

Anyway, I use a vac head and sleeve. I will make the coil extra wide and as short as I need first. Put the vac head on with sleeve. I think my sleeve is about 3” but 1/2” of that is over the cup. Roll it up onto the cup, insert penis head inside and then roll the sleeve over my penis. I then take another sleeve and stretch it over that to get more protection from direct contact of the coil to penis. I have done it without and it wasn’t bad if it did touch. I have two sizes of sleeves from totalman. The medium and large. I use the medium for the vac cup and the large to add over the penis. If you can get away with using a smaller sleeve to stretch over the vac cup, should work, but it’s easier for me to get the large (cut to 3”) over the vac head once already on.

Then I take the coil and put it on over the cup and work it so it’s tight against the cup. I usually just go for tightly coiled and don’t worry about it reaching my body to extend more, because I’m just using the weight of the object. But I can if I wanted to and it actually holds decent.
