Glans Not Sensitive To Ice
Based on your post, I’m thinking your ED is most likely cause by performance anxiety/generalized anxiety and not a physical injury.
As far as your glans not reacting to cold sensations, I was actually kinda interested by this, because I’ve seen a few other posts like this. I wondered, are the glans normally very sensitive to cold or not? After reading your post, I actually took an nice cube and pressed it against the top of my glans for 15 seconds. Sure enough, I couldn’t feel a damn thing lol. And I’ve never done any kind of PE or injured my penis in any way. It’s funny, a lot of guys freak about about loss of sensation, but they only check their sensation after they freak out that they’ve been injured. Very few guys have see tested their penile sensitivity prior to PE to establish a baseline. It’s likely that different guys have different sensory responses to different stimuli. Apparently, my glans don’t recognize cold temps either, so we’re good!
Anxiety can kill your erections. I’ve never injured my penis, but I have had performance anxiety when I first started having sex in college that would undermine my self-esteem and kill my erections, just like you. You need to stop worrying about what girls think of you in bed and just adopt the attitude of doing it for yourself. Get greedy. Have sex for fun and fuck what other people think of you. Don’t put so much focus on erections, just have fun.
I also think it’d be helpful for you to see a psychologist or at least purchase some self-help books to work through your anxiety/depression issues. Exercise is always great for that as well. A prescription for Cialis/Viagra probably wouldn’t hurt either. Have you tried epimedium (horny goat weed)? It’s basically over-the-counter Viagra. Might be worth a shot.
