I agree with the other PEers that the times and weights you claim would not have done that type of damage.
I am no expert (even in PE), but my best guess is that you have a broken penis, but in the very unusual circumstance of having done it to yourself gradually, over time. When you write “It was even somewhat extremely painful/uncomfortable,” (and yet you continued over time), it sounds like you might have been doing self-harm as a way of coping with your depression . Which would make PE tangential to the real issue.
Unless you very explicitly told the urologists about the pain you inflicted on yourself, I wouldn’t necessarily expect them to guess it. Probably in every other case, when a guy breaks his penis, he knows exactly when and how the accident occurred.
The body has amazing healing ability, as does the mind, but the mind, uncontrolled, also has a way of mucking things up: the negative-feedback ED spiral is a good example of that.
1) Recognize that you have been presented a lesson in life. Your life. Each of us has our own path, and challenges, and lessons to learn (and ways to contribute). I know of someone who became a quadriplegic at your age, and has become an amazing inspiration to others as a result . And you’ve heard of Nick Vujicic ?
2) I am inclined to think “emotional (or spiritual) healing” instead of "psychological help" or "mental health professionals." Check out the Sedona Method, a simple and effective way to release damaging emotions. I ordered the course many years ago when going through a challenging time, and it worked amazingly well.
3) If you’re not a DIY guy, I agree with Pudendum and Sparkyx that you find someone to help you. Personally I’d look for a sympathetic hypnotherapist before going the medical-institution route. In an emergency, different story: do whatever it takes to right yourself.
Good luck,
Tom Hubbard
