Anyone else have these problems from an injury

This is what is going on with me: the corpus cavernosum (on top of the penis & the bulk of a hard on) gets filled with blood when erect, but the head and corpus spongiosum (underside of entire length of penis) stays soft. What did I injure to cause this?? Will this heal and for people who dealt with this type of injury is it serious?

How did it happen? What were you doing right before you noticed this?

I told the urologist when I went that my erections are weak especially on the underside of the shaft. I didnt quite fully see where somthing was wrong before I saw him. Twatteaser this is being followed by numbness and loss of sansation I had the tuesday before thanksgiving.

Were you clamping or hanging? I am trying to find a root cause. Since you saw him around Turkey Day, have you PEed at all to further mess it up?

No. I have been pe’ing for a while but about three weeks before my injury I was basically doing the newbie routine. I have a habit of chokin the glans when I stretch and somtimes stretch too hard. I also jelq with or close to a full erection but not long sessions. Somtime days I would not even jelq just stretch. That tuesday before thanksgiving I felt like my penis was numb and just like a sponge. I never hung or clamped. I have maturbated a few times after my injusy which I don’t think was a good idea. I am wondering if I should call my doc and mention this about the cs to him.

Hope others chime in here, but it sounds like a dorsal nerve deal from the crunching behind the glands by your hands. Don’t know enough for the erect jelqing stuff to see where it goes wrong exactly.

Is this part of the penis supposed to get hard when erect? I sustained an injury from pe which started out with numbness and a rubbery type feeling. The numbness has gotten better in two weeks but my erections are not back to full strength yet. I observed when erect the corpus spongiosum is soft while the rest of my penis is hard. What did I injue and will this heal?? I visited my urologist a week ago and was examined and he did not say I had a major injury of any kind.

It doesn’t get rock hard it has to be soft enough for the sperm to pass through on it’s way out, that’s also why your head doesn’t get rock hard.

I am starting to panic again. I have been reading so posts on this site and I wonder if I have now cause a venous leak. The cs is soft while I am erect and so are the glans. I thought I was doing very well with pe before all this asd my erections seem to get rock hard and I was feeling very confident. Now I don’t know what I did. I saw a urologist but as I suspect he really did not do a through examination.

Marcus, unfortunately you made a mistake. Now if I were in your case, I would asked for two opinions with the doctors. Our penis is the most valuable thing we have. I knew what I’m telling to you, because, I suffered for 1 or 2 hours, with a shrink penis, no erection at all, in the past (overtraining). So, go again, and tell us what he tells to you.

The CS does contain erectile tissue, but the tunica around it is not as strong as the one around the corpora cavernosa (CC) and it’s connected to the glans (see this) which creates a reservoir for the blood to move into. So it never gets as hard as the CC.

What did you injure and will it heal? I have no idea since I haven’t read a description of what happened. If your urologist wasn’t concerned, then it probably isn’t serious. Give it time. The body has a wonderful ability to heal itself. This includes protecting itself from further injury, perhaps by temporarily reducing the ability of the penis to get hard.

If it was a veinus (sp) leak, you notice major bruising on your cock. I noticed the same problem after a long PE session one day; and after a few days it seemed better. I would be interested to hear what anyone else had to say.
