Ball Pumping Injury

Hello,

I have recently got an STJ type of pump. I started pumping about 3 wks ago. This past weekend I wore a rubber cock ring around my nuts after pumping. Yesterday I noticed my right testicle that hangs higher than my left is slightly tender and is still much larger than my left. The cords running down are also larger than my left side.. I have had a ventral hernia (above my navel) and I am familiar with how painful that is. I have also had a vasectomy. So I don’t think I have a hernia. As I said the actual testicle is enlarged and minimal tenderness.
Could I have epididimytis? Varicocele? Because of the cock ring could I have trapped the lymphatic fluid in it a little too long? Torsion?

If anyone has had or is familiar with what I have described please share your experiences. Want to continue PE and Testicular enlargement.

Injury from STJ pumping is pretty rare, and unless the ring was so small it was cutting off circulation, that shouldn’t be a problem either. It could be something else that the last pumping session aggravated.

Update: Went to dr. Says it doesn’t seem like a hernia or epiditymitis so he scheduled an ultrasound (awaiting authorization). Swelling has gone down. However, the cords that travel from the public region and descend into the testicle are still enlarged. Still no pain.
