Pumping Injury: Time for a rest

That sucks man. Do you think that your injury had more to do with jelqing than from pumping? Seems as though you pumped at a low enough pressure which would prevent one from busting a capillary. In any case rest up and good luck with healing and getting back to it.

Really does work the best to keep the pressure low, no higher then 5”hg. Your cock will grow the best when it is always injury free.

So I went to the doctor and she says she thinks it’s prostaisis. I’m on antibiotics in the meantime.

Your only information was you suffered a pumping injury with a burst capillary so the only assumption I could make was you were using high pressure pumping.

For your future reference, you cannot injure yourself pumping at only 2.5”hg.

Yes, sorry I wasn’t specific. I assumed that I was injured from pumping. I am going to stick with the 2.5 hg. It was super comfortable and gave the best results. So I think once the prostate inflammation subsides I will get back into it. Pumping has become so routine that it was like brushing my teeth. I miss it!

Everyone here has been very supportive. It’s not often that you find a good community like this.
