The First PE Survey was a solo project conducted by me. The survey’s goal was aimed at building empirical research on natural Penis Enlargement. The results can be found here:

With the surprising results of the first PE survey, it was clear that a precise, organized second PE survey was needed. The second PE survey is a group project aimed at building data on Penis Enlargement, which in turn will help us find quicker ways to reach our goal size. This project will be larger than the first PE survey, and involves any member of Thunder’s.
You can be part of the second survey — Whether it be helping build it, conduct it, and analyze it — or just taking the survey when it is opened.

Well, I am glad you asked. Right now we are in the organization phase.
We are identifying the burning questions we have always wanted answers to.. For example, “Does ejaculation affect gains?”

If you have any question that you have always wanted answers to, add them to the wiki now.
Additionally, if you have any theories that you think help with gains, add them as well. Knowledge isn’t beneficial if it is kept locked up.

Not being the sharpest knife in the drawer myself, I have to ask, is a survey/poll really collecting empirical data?

In my opinion, that is a matter of opinion…

It surely collects as much empirical data as mail-in surveys. And with the group of people here, I feel I can safely guartnee this will be one of the best online surveys.

Also, I remember — baby steps is the key. After this, then we think about experiments… depending on our project funding ;)

I suppose we could say the survey would be collecting observations and practical experiences. In that sense it is collecting empirical data, although not direct experimental data.

I look at it like this — we are building empirical data so we can build future experimental data.

BTW, I expect to see this kind of questioning focused on the survey project ;)

Don’t worry I have been cogitating on the matter. Nothing definite has formed yet so I haven’t posted any comments. :)

I think Thunder was wondering if purely voluntary participation would provide results representative of the typical member. If the survey is done here, maybe a random sample of “active members” should be chosen for participation. Would enough complete the survey to be worth the bother?

The survey could concurrently be open to everyone.

I like this idea: having two test groups.

1) The volunteers
2) A random sample of “active members” chose for participation

In the end, compare the two groups and see if there is a significant difference in the results.

An excellent idea to detect deliberate manipulation or even the self-selection effect.

Indeed, I suggest sending a PM to 200 members. Hopefully 50 of those will reply.

For what it’s worth,I’d be willing to participate either as a volunteer ,or as a random selection.Hey wait a minute,if I know in advance then that’s not random is it?Could you cogitate on that awhile for me mbuc?

What if lets say 100 guys kept accurate logs of their PE exercises, masturbation, supplements and gains for 3 months and then we analyze that data. Wouldn’t that be able to give us some good insight as to what works and what doesn’t.

Heh, that puts me out. I can’t even stick to the routine I have posted on the data site (I’m not slacking, I do more sometimes, and less sometimes, but it’s not settled). And I’m terrible at keeping track.

That being said, I could possibly contribute with the questions, once I know what they’re going to be I could give suggestions on additional questions or how to word them, if such a task were required that is.

Absolutely.. Stick around, in a week or two we will be doing the questions.
