Birth Defect involving the penis

Birth Defect involving the penis

Ok.. So I found out I have Congenital Penile Curvature with a severe curve going downward. I always had a feeling that was the case because my erections were always so weak to the point of having difficulty using a condom and penetration ever since puberty. So, when I went to the doctor, they basically said I’d need surgery. From sound of it, they’d cut some some of my skin to fix the curve and then stitch it with horse skin to keep the then straightened penis in place. As far as I can remember at least.

Hearing this made me reluctant to take the surgery because:
1. After the procedure, how would that affect my results with penis enhancement. Could PE be a potential detriment after the procedure?
2. Potential complications
3. Always a chance of it being unsuccessful
4.Urologist does not believe in penis enhancement. So I couldn’t get an definitive answer regarding the implications.

So, to those that have had a congenital penile curve, is there a way to fix it or at least treat it without going under the knife? My urologist says surgery is the only way but I figured that maybe alternative ways have been found with treating CPC. Please I need answers, I hate having to depend on a cock-ring and I hate having an above average penis just to barely be able to use it.

Stats:
7.2 x 5
AEQ (average erection quality) 4.5/10 without a cock-ring. 7/10 with.

Hey Terk, I moved your thread here as I think it will get the traffic you are interested in.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I agree 100% with your questions. And as you correctly state, mainstream medicine does not acknowledge Penile exercising, just like they do not acknowledge the importance of essential nutrients or gluten toxicity.

In our community we have countless stories of success curing peyronie’s and other conditions through exercising and using multiple methods and techniques.

In the medical field, I am reading that PRP plus stem cell treatments have great success in some conditions. You should get into reading that too. I see you are new, stay calm and patient, you will have many answers here and advise from different members.

Period 1: 06/08/2020 BPFSL: 22cm (8.66") BPEL: 22cm (8.66") EG: 15.8cm (6.25") => 09/07/2020 BPFSL: 23.9cm (9.40")

Period 2: 05/01/2021 BPFSL: 24cm (9.44") BPEL: 22cm (8.66") EG: 15.8cm (6.25") => 07/24/2021 BPFSL: 25.4cm (10.00") BPEL: 23.5cm (9.25")

Goal: 1 Foot x 7.5 Inches (30.48cm x 19.05cm) NBPEL

I got a similar set of problems. I am at the end of my 6th month of PE. At the same time I’m trying to figure out how to remain erect (I got the same experience with condoms and penetration)..
I can definitely see improvements with my curve. When I see the right side of my penis, it almost looks straight now and pointing higher than it used to. There’s more strength. When I see the left side of it, it’s more prominent there, as my curve is actually a combo of the downward curve and left rotation. I’m curious to see how it’ll look in another 6 months. I don’t have a starting photo, but I’m sure it looks better.

As far as the erection/strength problem.. About a month ago I discovered the reversed Kegels! With those, I can get fully hard and even keep it. I see my penis in a completely new light now. It helped me to realize how much I clench the pelvic floor during the day. It takes a lot of focus to relax and feel “centered”. However, over time I also changed my diet and lifestyle, I exercise a lot, and I don’t masturbate often. So I believe the erection improvement is a combination of more things. I also meditate on subjects like masculinity. It’s changed me a bit and the way I see myself.
I’m sure there are some psychological factors too. After my circumcision in 2019 I bought one of those Fleshlight toys. I never really used lube for masturbation before so I tried to find some kind of routine and the Fleshlight seemed like a good idea.
But it wasn’t so pleasurable. Inside of it (not hard to penetrate at all btw), my penis gets somehow thinner under the pressure I guess? Which is strange, because in my hand, under even a greater pressure, it never does. So I’m guessing it’s somehow related to how it feels in my hand and my mind. Or maybe the Fleshlight just isn’t for me.
