Blood in semen

Yesterday I had two little drops of blood in sperm after masturbation for 30-45 minutes, during that time I was feeling urge to urinate but I resisted. After ejaculation I urinated but there wasn’t blood. I haven’t felt any pain, 24 years old, haven’t done PE for months.

This morning I ejaculated again and there was blood again but it was less red than yesterday. Than I ejaculated for second time and there was not any blood, everything normal.

After 2h I ejaculated for third time and it was normal. Any advice?

Here is an article on blood in the semen but the good news is that usually blood in the semen is benign and resolves on its own. Hopefully for you, that will be the case. If it continues, a visit to the doctor is in order.

When I was about your age(5 years ago) I had the same thing. I went to a urologist and he checked me out and said “your fine just be a bit less vigorous with yourself”. Little blood vessels can burst and cause blood to appear. The scariest thing was I guess the blood goop clotted and blocked the cum from shooting out once. It was like I ejaculated but it hit an obstruction coming out felt like weird pressure. You’ll prob be fine.

**Oh and then I waited a day or two to ejeculated again and it came out brown (gross) probably coagulated blood.
