I heard a while ago of this happening to some other guys but it was while jelqing for them. Mine was while stretching, where I push all teh blood into the head for a better grip and pull which gives me red spots on teh tip too and this time a lil blood came out. I was wondring if this is minor like it seems or if there is some injury thats serious enough to need time off. Sheesh, havent been having the best of luck lately with these injuries.

I used to take three days off for this but now I just continue, the drop (usually one) have started and stopped during the session. If it doesn’t recur at my next session I press on as if nothing has happened. If it reoccurs at the next session I take 3 days off. I miss a lot less workout this way. This works for me so far - results vary - proceed at your own risk.

I had worse luck than having to take off 3 days, I finally took off a few months. The manual stretching, jelqing and pumping were too much. I finally pinpointed my problem to be the manual stretching which was putting the most pressure on the head (glans). Now I have a stretcher and the problem does not occur. The manual stretching is for the birds. When I say manual I am talking about hand gripping and pulling. I have finally decided my efforts will come but not as fast as I would like. I have read were some people had the results in months and I felt it was going way too slow. I would take off a week, perhaps attack your PE at another angle which would not make the problem worse.

I have read that thread, I am sure for some it is good but for me it’s not. I was literally pulling my skin over my head making it look unattractive. Getting a blow was always faced with that look of what the fuck. I kept bleeding and had to take a few days off. I was not getting a lot of progress for all the neg I was getting in return. I am not a weak person, my hand strength was measured at 240 lbs by a doctor and I can bench about 300 etc. That method that was shown in the link you provided looked promising but I believe it is too late for me to try. I believe that my ligs are stronger than before I started. That certainly makes it hard to stretch them by hand and injury is even more likely.

I have had much better luck with my stretcher. I can read, watch TV and slowly adjust it out till I feel the tension is right and without injury. I am currently able to get it to 9” stretch and hold it there for an hour at a time. The stretch is not permanent but I am slowly increasing.

I had this happen to me a while back but it was by using the “jelq sticks” Tom Hubberd wrote about (which are great, by the way - my favorite now, along with his flattened pvc pipe hanger - thanks Tom!). There was never any pain, just a drop of watery blood. I would take a few days off, then proceed carefully. Every once in a while it would come back, usually because I was too impatient to let it heal (I wasn’t even sure it was an injury, I thought it might just be blood being forced out like squeezing a sponge). Well one day the blood wasn’t watery, it was real blood, but just a drop still. I gave it a rest (about a week), and when I started PE again I noticed a BB sized object embedded deep in my penis. I could only feel it when I squeezed real hard when I was totally soft. And when I ran the sticks over it, it hurt (first time there was ever any pain associated with it), and I bled again. So I gave it a long break, then when I restarted I made sure to avoid that area by angling my sticks a certain way. I also discovered that by (stick) jelqing when 90 - 95% hard it solved the problem. No more blood, the BB “knot” went away, and I made fantastic gains. So now I only do stick jelqing with a hard-on, and I’ve never had the problem again (knock on wood). I don’t seem to have suffered any penile damage from it. I suspect it was a very, very small tear that I kept aggravating.
