Bruised Tip

So ive gotten a bruise of the tip of the head of my penis. Ive ceased all pe for the last 2 weeks and it has lightened up and gotten smaller but i tried light stetches today and it immidiately seemed to darken. Any ideas as to how i can get rid of this ASAP! Im travelling soon and would love to not have a bruised penis!

I haven’t seen your uploaded picture yet, as it’s not yet been approved by a mod, but I’m pretty sure of what you’re describing. I used to get this early on with manual stretches, but I’ve minimized this by grabbing about .5 - 1” underneath the glans. When I used to grab right below the glans, I would feel and see my glans expand from the grip pressure, and get the subsequent bruising.

Thanks i tried that and its beeb working out and has continued to heal
