Burning pain in urethra. Possible damage. In need of help.

Few days ago I did my normal routine which consist of basically warming up, a little stretching, jelqing for 20-30 min and then warming down. I tend not to masturbate after the session, or the same day as it often gives me some pain for a day or at least a few hours. This day however I did masturbate and I could feel a bit of pain, nothing more then what I am used to though. Later I met this girl I’ve been dating for the last 3 months and we are having sometimes a bit rough sex, of which I often use a penis ring during the act. We did have sex for 2-3 times and I could feel i needed a break because something was wrong in my urethra region. It started as aching and itching. Fast forward 4 days I am still experiencing ache and itching, as well as a burning sensation when I pee. Some kind of white material also comes out. Like a little nail of white puss.

I can feel that there is something wrong with my urethra as it feels inflamed when I touch it from the tip to the base. It also gives me a lot of anxiety when reading different stories here and other places. I do get the feeling I might have done some irreversible damage to the urethra. If I’m being rational I am thinking about a few possible causes. It could be an UTI, stemming either from a STI or possible damage. What do you think? Was also wondering if anyone has had these kind of symptoms and how it worked out for you?

Go to the doctor asap. This could be an STI, or an infection through something else. In both cases you should get anti-biotics for it.

I went to the doctor today. Made a pee test and was put on antibiotics. Will report back how it goes.

After many UTIs, it finally dawned on me that they occurred after I had pumped too aggressively. The UTIs usually didn’t show symptoms until several days after the pumping episode, so I didn’t associate the pumping with the UTI. For me, I can’t pump higher than -3Hg. I probably was pumping too aggressively when I started PE. I took several months off then restarted off slowly with the Newbie Routine.
