Sharp pain in urethra

I tried hanging last week with the Redi-Stretcher. I followed the directions and after a couple of days I noticed a sharp pain in my urethra. I have taken a few days off and it has gone down a bit. Does anyone know what is causing this, and how I can prevent it so I can get back into hanging again?

I have a similar dilemma:

Anyone ever feel a slight sharp internal pain near the glans or around that area after clamping? I blew a load with my clamp on. The pressure wasn’t that high but NO ejaculatory fluid came out.

Could I have like hurt my urethra that way?

Anyway recommendations?

I’m going to stall my routines for a few days. It’s very very minor pain, but still, these are our dicks we’re dealing with here.
