sharp pain in PC mucle ?

This pain has been around for maybe 2 years? But it RARELY happens, and it has been happening again after started to PE, it’s a weird pain during or after urination. I can’t give any other type of description of what the pain is like, but something sharp and feels like something is being pulled out of my PC muscle area.

Also I took a crap few moments ago, I got this weird pain again when i was pushing my crap out.

Maybe pain from your prostate? There isn’t an easy answer. It could also be some sort of muscle spasm, referred pain from somewhere else or ? My advice is to see a doctor if it worries you or worsens.
