Cable Clampers please read!! My urologist diagnosed me with Sclerosing Lymphangitis

Clamps are some heavy shit I was doing them the other night and I was bending my penis while I had the clamp on and I normally don’t bend very far but this time I pushed further and was rewarded with a shooting sharp pain up the right side of my dick I stopped dead in my tracks and slowly released the clamp and the pain was gone. I’m totally convinced had I not stopped as fast as I did I would have really hurt myself. Yesterday I clamped again with no problem and a new respect for the danger.

I haven't failed, I've found 10,000 ways that don't work. Thomas Edison (1847-1931)

I got a thrombosed vein from clamping and it went away - I quit PE for 2 months and taht did it. But it sounds like yours did NOT go away. Anyway, back now, I am going to approach clamping if AT ALL, very carefully. I think it is damned dangerous. Elsewhere in this thread JAPP weighs in with his opinion not to do it, and I trust his word. My own current opinion is . . is it worth it? Probably not, even as good as it seemed to be. NOTHING is worth a permanent injury or even being knocked out of PE action for an extended period of time. Guys have made great gains without clamps.

*I measure PRE-WORKOUT, normal erection* Started: 7 EBP x 4.9 EG. Several years on and off PE, now 8.125 EBP length x 5.5 EG midshaft (5.8 base). Working on girth (clamping) again after breaks due to injuries - fast recent gains! Pics

I hope I’m not one of these guys who have to stop pe’ing for the rest of their lives.
I already envy all those guys talking about gains and their routines, it drives me crazy.

I googled for sclerosing lymphangitis and there’s a big chance that I got one, that would mean no sex for a long time, this is already quiet impossible… damn. If it will ever go away.

Girth gains for better sex, length gains for a worthless ego boost.

Where has Mike gone, did the castor oil help? I just read this thread and I am gonna try this. I hope everything works out okay for anyone with injuries.

May the force (of your hand) be with you. :littleguy

Sorry to hear that, Mike. I remember you’ve been a long-time member here. I hope you don’t need the surgery. I also would not have told my doc about PE. If he knew you did this doing that stuff he’d probably recommend a shrink. :(

I’ve tried clamping twice and erect bends once.

And I’d decided “never again.”

The effects are extreme and, I believe, so are the risks.

I’ve also done erect jelqs and got an outrageous pump, but then my entire unti ached for a few days afterward. No long-term injury, but I’m no jackass.

Guys really should rethink doing the extreme movements.

Let us know how this turns out for you.

Guys think about this. Horsechestnut is standardly prescribed by the holistic practioners for varicose veins. I have been using horse chestnut bulk herb powder for about 3 months now. Very nasty tasting and bitter and slightly nauseating for a few minutes just to get an eighth to a quarter of a teaspoon down daily. I can’t take it on an empty stomach and need to chase it with orange juice or something sweet and delicious. But the noticable side benefit that keeps me taking it has been less red spots when doing horse squeezes at the base of the penis with a lot of pressure. And a couple veins that were getting more painful and hard seem less so, in fact have gone away since I started using it. Theoretically I would think based on my own personal experience that using this herb could help pumpers use more pressure without damage and jelkers and ulis and clamping could be done with a bit more pressure yet less problems with blood spotting, blood bruises, hematomas. Bottom line….this herb has real potential and might be worth experimenting with for many PEers with or without this kind of injury.

Hey Mike how about an update

Mike: Sorry to hear about your injury. Nobody, and I mean nobody with the exception of maybe Uli himself has done more intense clamping than I have, and I have never suffered an injury like this. I think another doctor’s opinion is in order. Only this time shoot straight with them. You should never lie to your doctor. They can’t make a good diagnosis if you are withholding important facts like this. If I had an injury that worried me as much as this does you I’d not only tell my urologist the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, I take a clamp up there and give her a demonstration.

Hope you mend soon. Keep us posted

No Nukes

Hi all,

After almost a year of absense from pe, due to my injury, I’m happy to say I’m completely healed. I can only feel a thread like vein where the injury was, but it’s not causing any problems and you can’t notice it erect. I’m staying away from those clamps and jelqs for now. I’m going to focus mostly on stretching. Can I still gain from doing manual stretches alone?

Glad to hear it mike. That’s a long recovery period.

Staying clear of jelqing too? Wow.

Clamping I get.

Safer clamping

mem called my attention back to this old thread, by linking it on another thread where a member asked if it was okay to CLAMP on their rest day. I answered that thread with an emphatic NO!

After much experience with these clamps I have come to two conclusions: One: clamping with CableClamps is indeed dangerous. Two: it is also the most effective PE exercise for gaining total penile volume. Go figure. The answer, of course, lies in moderation and safety. We (monkeybar my doctor and I) are working on a better and safer clamp. I caution all clampers to wait, a better clamp is coming. See this thread for details:

Multi-purpose Pe Device

by the way, mike, glad to hear injury is on the mend? Please keep us updated.

It would be nice if all the injury threads would come to a happy ending like this one when the OP returns to assure us he’s ok :)

Hello Mike2002

Good to know you healed!! I believe a I have a similar injury. So mike2002, did your injury recur by any chance along your comeback in the PE journey?? I would appreciate an honest answer :)

Mike2002 hasn’t logged in since 2018.

That’s sad. I wanna reach him
