Thunder, I did not tell anything to my urologist about pe. He asked me if I did any aggressive sex or masturbation, I replied yes. This injury happened exclusively from clamping because I wasn’t doing any other exericse at the time. I never had this problem before.

Wt282, it most cases, including mine, there is no pain just a huge vessel on my penis. It’s 4 inches long (shaped like an “S” along the left side of my penis) and 1/4 (flaccid)-1/2 inch (erect) in circumfrence.

No I haven’t. I’m kind of doing this PE thing intermittantly because of my temporary housing situation at the moment. What caused your injury?

When I first started reading this thread it scared the hell out of me. Then I read you’re routine Mike, and now I’m encouraged. I for one didn’t think the penis could take. A clamped off 100% erection bent around a pole 5 days a week. Thats amazing, it’s almost sounds like you were trying to see if you could possibly rip in in half!

Just dropped by to check on you…how is the castor oil doing for you?

With PE, I think the casual approach can be best. There are some guys that just do 10 minutes of jelquing in the shower and get great results.

What you have to remember, is anytime you are dealing with living tissue, more is not better.

With the penis, it seems to be two basic pathways of enlargement. One is actual stretching, the other seems to be mild stretching resulting in stimulation of tissue expansion.

Its very much like when they put a saline bag under the skin and slowly inflate it. It will stimulate growth of the skin. Or when they put an expander in bone, and slowly increase the force, the bone will lengthen.

These techniques are not stretching the tissue per se, but stimuation the cells to enlarge or multiply.

The other approach is to apply enough force to actually stretch the tissue. The trouble with this approach is you can cause inflammation and a rebound contraction.

These are guys that use enough force to get some expansion, but quickly run into toughening of the penis and have to up the force considerably. Eventually nothing works and they have to take a deconditioning break.

Personally I feel that using enough force to cause a contraction reaction is approaching the potential of tissue injury. If you can ride that fine line, you can get results. However your margin of safety is diminished.

The stimulation approach is usually using much lower forces and durations. Its the guy that does 10 minutes a day, then forgets about it. One day he measures and finds he has added an inch to his unit.

Some of our best pumpers have come to the conclusion that short periods of time ( like 3X 5 minutes) and low pressures ( 3-5 in hg) get the best results.

How many beginners start with a newbie routine (short and simple) get great results, only to stop getting results when the add force and time? Plenty!

I wrote a thread where I went into this is some detail, that I think you would benefit from reading. I think that you want it so bad that you are doing way too much, and have added an injury for your troubles.

Please read this thread and at least consider the possibility that less may be more, at least it will be more SAFE!

This thread is good. Mike, how are the castor oil dressings working for you? I’m going to start the same treatment today and update in a week or two. I have a few swollen ‘lumps’ right in the center of my shaft. They didn’t clear up from time off (90 days) with frequent usage of aspirin but a thrombosed vein on the side of my shaft did in the same time period.

I’ve also tried adding excessive pressure by toe-ing in the bib all the way and then compressing it on the lumps. They get smaller slightly at first but then swell up larger than before within an hour. This is followed by a return to ‘normal’ size within a few days.

I think that if you clamp just enough to hold a little extra blood in, that is enough. When people clamp so hard that their dick starts to turn “blue”, I think that is a bad idea. I would just do a little bit at a time. Bending your penis while at 100% erection I heard can break it and cause the problem you have. I’ve heard stories of girls riding their man and all of a sudden they hear a pop because the ride was too intense. Then their erection never returns to normal without help.

If you are injured you have to stop.

You won’t get any gains with this kind of injury and are potentially aggravating the injury and heading down the road to permanent erectile dysfunction.

How do I know? I had a similar problem when I was young. What happened to me was like an extreme erect bend.

Years ago I was in love. When I was a young service man I fell into the arms and bed of a very hot foreign girl, right at the end of my tour of duty while stationed overseas. I was discharged from the service and decided to stay in the foreign land in question. My girl was very happy that I had decided to stay with her. She and I celebrated: we stayed in bed for literally a week, taking a few breaks to eat, shower, and get food. But we were fucking as close to 24/7 as was humanly possible for two people, who were in their early twenties and who were crazy about each other, to have possibly done.

By the end of the week I had a condition similar to the one you describe. It came about when my dick got bent at full erection by a particularly aggressive bout in the sack where her body was going so fast that Mr. Happy slipped out and she slammed into me and bent me. Ow. But I recovered after a few minutes and we resumed. The anti-inflammatory drug of choice was Aspirin - simple Aspirin, because it thins the blood, and FYI it’s easier to metabolize than naproxen and is less of a stress-or on your kidneys. A heat lamp was employed (the cold-pressed Castor oil sounds like a good idea, by the way), as was abstinence. It worked. Mr. Happy as a slight left leaning curve now, but he’s worked very well lo these many years.

The reason you are not getting much in terms of gains, in my humble opinion, is that you are beating the living shit out of your dick with a relentlessness that has caused it to rebel.

YOU SHOULD LISTEN TO IT. IT’S TRYING TO TELL YOU SOMETHING.

You can get your dick back - I’m positive of it. But you have to treat it with respect. Get rid of the porn. Back off. Take up another hobby for awhile - think about something else. And after you’ve healed come back to it fresh and go slow. Seriously.

But for my money - after reading this thread (and your routine), and most tellingly the post that I quoted above: you are heading toward having a useless unit. That would be a shame at any age, never mind for one so young.
