Clamped down on my dong a little too hard.

Okay, good news - just don’t jump straight back into wild monkeybashing or ANY PE after this small success until you’ve seen the urologist. You only have one penis, cut the guy some slack. Continue down the ‘gently does it’ path til then.

Alright, so I went to go see my urologist the other day and when I told him about what happened, he told me that it was nothing to really worry about. He said that he would be concerned ONLY IF my penis swelled up or turned black and blue from squeezing down on it too hard. He said that most likely I just tweaked one of the ligaments, and said if there is any pain that I should take 800 mg. Of Ibuprofen each day for one week (I forget if he said to only take it once or three times daily for a week?).

So, I will probably take another week or two off and see how I feel. PLEASE LET ME KNOW YOU’RE GUY’S THOUGHTS ON THIS WHOLE SITUATION!

P.S. Do you guy’s think that my warm rice sock and massage will really help heal it!

I think the heat will help, definitely. I’ve had a few injuries myself and the heat has always helped me quite a bit.

Aside from that, how are you feeling?

drilla9~ PE coach, masturbation coach, the man who does it all… :woot2:

viva51, I agree with all that’s been said, especially the heat part. Where my own 2 cents is concerned I would also look into massaging your thoroughly warmed up member with either st. john’s wort oil or arnica oil (go to the health foods store and ask the supplements person). I have grown extremely fond of both over the years and have recently started to apply them to my pecker after sessions. They definitely speed up recovery time and diminish that kind of dull ache feeling that you get when you start to get on a PE workout after a more intense one the day before.

Phytochemicals (plant chemicals) as contained in the pharmacopoeia of readily available herbal medicines have added a LOT to my PE experience and my life in general. Both of these oils are proven analgesics (pain relievers) and, in my opinion, help injured tissues to heal faster by relieving the nerve stress (pain) in the area and thus allowing the nerves to relax, function better, and get the area back into a healing modality.

Both work exceptionally well for other kinds of pain as well: knee pain, shoulder pain, lower back pain. St. John’s Wort oil is a fucking magic bullet where my shoulder is concerned. Pain? Put the shit on and *poof*, it’s gone.

Thing is, just because the pain isn’t there doesn’t mean you should rush back into your routine. Just use the oil when you are on the heal, take an appropriate amount of time off (I’d take at least 2 weeks if I was you), and then be really careful and observant as you get back into it.

Good luck with it man.

Thanks wantsmore! How many times a day do you suggest warm heating for, and for how long? Another thing, do you use both st. Johns wort oil and arnica oil at the same time or do you use each individually, Do you also use them after each time you PE, or do you just use them when you are sore?

One other thing, what is your take on masturbation while I am recovering? Do you just think I should take it easy?

One other thing wantsmore, How long do you suggest massaging st. Johns and arnica oil on my penis for?

IMPORTANT!

Ok so, I really need some help guys! The area where I squeezed down on my dick too hard does not really hurt anymore, but the area right above my penis feels really tight and feels like there is a lot of pressure on it. However, it is only on my LEFT side because that’s the side where I squeezed too hard. I have been using gental masturbation to try and feel it out. Anyway, I have been using st. John’s wort oil since 6/21/07 to try and help heal it. Now I know that it has not been for that long but wantsmore told me that it was like a miracle drug (and wantsmore, if you are reading this I really need some help man!). However, when I rub the st. John’s oil into my penis and the patch of skin right above my penis (but only on the LEFT side) there is a pain there! What does this mean! Is the st. John’s oil not working, or do I need to give it more time!? Because, there wasn’t this pain there before, but hopefully it’s just irritated skin from razor burn.

I am also using my warm rice sock to try and help heal it. But, how many times a day should I use my rice sock, and for how long? I have been using it for about 15-20 min. I put it in the microwave for about 65 sec. And after about 7-8 min. I re-warm it up for an additional 45 sec. My concerns are, am I letting it stay on my penis for too long, and am I warming it up for too long? Is it also ok that I put the rice sock on the part of skin that is right above my penis?

Here are 2 picture to help you guys, a front view and a side view (Obviously I drew the front view pic. Sorry for the bad quality).

One other thing, if within another week if my penis does not hurt anymore, but the area right above my penis still hurts or I still feel pressure in it, should I still wait or attempt to PE!

PLEASE, PLEASE, someone give me some advice! Drilla, wantsmore, someone! I know that everyone is busy with their own live and reading other posts, but I really need some help! So please help and read the other 2 posts that I wrote right before this one.

Thank you,

Viva.

Ok, so there is good news and bad news. The good news is that there is no signs of pressure or tightness on my penis! The bad news is that I think the pressure that I was feeling has ascended up to my pelvic region! Before I had every squeezed down on my penis and felt that shooting pain I never had this pressure in my pelvic region like I do now. Please help me! See for awhile now the pressure has NOT been anywhere on my penis AT ALL. All the pressure has been on that patch of skin directly above my penis and now the pressure has ascended up into my pelvic region (By the way, the pressure I feel only is in the left side of my pelvic region). In the morning it ok but at night it gets a little more intense especially when I lay down to go to sleep. It doesn’t hurt but it feels like someone is constantly pushing on my pelvic (not my pelvic bone just in that area as well as the area below it), which is very annoying. It’s just scary as hell when you don’t know what’s going on, so please help! I know what people will say, to go see my urologist; and I am going to go see him in July. But he did not seemed to worried about the pressure (when I saw him the pressure was only in that patch of skin area right above my penis and right below my pelvic.)
He said he would be worried only if there was any swelling or if my penis turned black and blue. Do you think taking Ibuprofen or my rice sock would help it at all? AND WHY DO I FEEL THIS PRESSURE AROUND MY PELVIC REGION!?

Here is a drawing to help you get an idea of where the pressure is at.

Consider it as an injury (pulled ligament) in your PE career. No swelling or bruising is a good sign? Pain is the indicator of something is wrong. Don’t aggravate it anymore than necessary.

Actually you want to use the I.C.E method within the first 48 hours of such an injury
Ice
Compression
Elevation
To restrict the blood flow to it and prevent swelling.

After 48 hours apply heat, this will promote blood flow to the area and bring nutrients to heal the injury.
Restrict yourself from anymore workouts until you are completely healed. Seek professional medical advise, we can’t see it, feel it to actually diagnose your issue completely.

Sounds like your penis (The OP) needs quite a bit more conditioning.

I was thinking the thread should say “too hard” and not “to hard”, so I changed the thread title.

Maybe pay a little more attention to what your writing viva? :leftie:

Excellent advice.

You can also take up to 800 mg of ibuprofen (Advil or the like) every six hours. Don’t take more than that, though; you can fuck up your kidneys.

But seeking medical advice is good. You can tell the doctor you were have some rough sex and she squeezed too hard (see? too not to), but a urologist is what you need if the problem is painful and/or persistent.

Before: I'd like to show you something I'm very proud of, but you'll have to move real close.

After: I\'d like to show you something I\'m very proud of, but you guys in the front row will have to stand back.

Thanks for all the advice guys! I just have one other question to ask. I am a personal trainer and obviously love to workout. I just want to know if I should not do movements like squats, leg press, etc.. Since I have that pressure in my pelvic region. If you guys say no, well does anyone think it would be okay if I just worked out my leg with light to moderate weight?

I went to my urologist and once again he told me that the pressure is nothing to worry about. He also said that it’s ok to have sex. He also checked me for hernia and did not find any signs of it so that’s good! He still advised me to take ibuprofen for inflammation when needed.

Today and the other night I had some slight pressure, but it really just comes and goes. And when there is pressure it doesn’t last for that long. Which is why I hope to start back up my PE routine beginning or early August. What do you think about that? Should I not attempt anything in August even if the pressure only comes every now and then and even if it’s the slightest amount of pressure? And ONLY start back up PEing when there is absolutely no sign of pressure? Because you know that we are not talking about a painful pressure but a dull pressure sensation.
