Discharge from the penis

I have done PE off and on for about 10 years. Never going too extreme, always doing manual stretches, jelqs and some squeeze stuff. I am a late 30s healthy guy. So about 3 months ago I started some manual foreskin restoration and about 6 weeks in I had some small amounts of milky white/clear discharge that looked sort of like semen but was not semen. I took some time off and it didnt happen again. Then I added a basic PE routine in about 5 weeks ago. Just 50-60 jelqs and some basic lig stretches, 2-3 days on 1 day off.
Last week I got a little bit more of that discharge so I stopped all PE and foreskin restoration again, and the discharge didnt happen again. After about a 6 day break I just started some more foreskin stretching last night and today. Did about a total of 3-4 tug sessions which are about 2 minutes each. Only one of those was this morning about 4 hours ago. Just now I has a tiny bit of watery milky discharge, not like the first times it has happened where it was globby.

So I have stopped all PE and foreskin resto for now. Anyone have any thoughts, advice or input?

Any itching, burning or other discomfort of the urethra? Possible STD?

Was some slight irritation at one point. Pretty sure its non gonococcal urethritis. Mostly cleared up but just had a tiny bit of discharge last night.

I know some time has elapsed since you replied, but it’s best to take an appropriate antibiotic for that sort of thing. Don’t let it linger.

Starting about 5-6 months ago I overtrained and had some moderate shaft pain, and then later some milky discharge from the urethra. So I rested and took a break. Each time I came back it happened again. I came back after 6 weeks and did 4-30sec basic stretches one time and the discharge happened the next day. I waited 6 more weeks and tried a basic foreskin stretch 4-30 and the next day had discharge again. I have taken months off and then tried again and got discharge the next day. It doesnt happen unless I either stretch, jelq or tug foreskin. Anyone have any advice here? I dont see how antibiotic would help here when the symptoms only present after stretching of some sort.
