Loss of sensation would be pretty bad nerve damage, more common are things like a burning sensation or pins and needles.

If you experience anything like that stop until it completely clears up and then if you do start again use way less intensity.

Yes, I definitely felt that burning sensation when I did my workouts. I used to take a day or two off whenever that happened and I was usually good to go again.

Currently I have a general decrease in sensitivity on the upper half of the shaft, to the point where I can’t always tell how hard I am, especially with bjs or morning wood. I have only done mild manual stretches and some light pumping on and off over the last two months.
Its affecting my EQ as I can’t seem to get enough sensation on the shaft to keep things up. Still get decent erections with enough stimulation and can reach orgasm.

Am on Citrulline and have started microdosing viagra to increase bloodflow, taking a complete break from PE and hopefully can regain some sensation back.

In case I haven’t mentioned on this thread, I had an internal bleeding under the foreskin almost a month back. I straight away went with very heavy weights after coming back from my decon break which caused the injury. It completely healed within a week but the sensation was a bit numbed down in that area for about a week more. Now everything is back to normal.

I have a pic of that injury on my progress thread if anybody wants to take a look.

As expected taking a two week break resulted in a complete restoration of sensation. Just have to take it slow and steady.

Great to hear. I doubt you’ll have this happen again. When it happens once, you’re on high alert.
