Percutaneously (topically) directly on the penis. I’m not currently taking any carnosine orally. I’m am taking a laundry list of other supplements for health, fitness, & PE. These include fat soluble vitamins to increase steroidogenesis as well as supplements with vasodilation, antifibrotic, and androgenic properties. I’m also using LEDT (LED red light and near infrared light therapy) to precondition the penis in order to decrease recovery time. As with everything else I do, these are intended to supplement the core of my PE routine. I’m not expecting any miracles, but if supplements and/or LEDT can make my routine more effective and decrease recovery time, I’m all for it.
I still have a good bit of research to do before I add the iodine, POTABA, or carnosine.
- Dosage of each
- How much of each will dissolve in DMSO
- How much of each will dissolve in DMSO if mixed together
- Frequency of administration
- How long to leave on penis before washing (I need to eliminate the risk of transferring any of these to my wife)
