Hi there, guys,

Asking you something, a bit worried

Age 37, during the last year I have greatly improved my EQ, however there is something I can’t understand.
At night time and wake-up mornings, I wake up with a seriously hard-on, a 101% erection, just like when I was a kid.
Later in the day, my erection quality decreases, and if I have sex at night, I can barely get to 80% erection (only if too excited I get to 100%)

If I try to trigger an erection or masturbate, I can get to a 40-50% soft bigger dick, but not an erection.
If I try to change the partner, I’d lose the erection completely.
Tried arginine, supplements, etc. They are effective, sometimes, over the night, I get a powerful, yet a bit painful stretch. But If I try to get hard, even stimulated by some other partners or alone, I can’t.
It doesn’t make any sense, does it?
Do you have any idea what it is and how could I fix it?

I use the bathmate in the morning, then make 50-100 jelqs (always entering flaccid the bathmate, then max 40% erection for jelqs)

Then I use an extender in the afternoon for 4-6 hours. Possible dry pump and IR heat pad during pumping.

Overworked! Alternating your routine over days will help. Pumping I need 4hrs after to perform well or right after I come out of the pump. The extender every other day close to the time you use the pump. Maybe skip the jelqs. Mix it up. And give yourself time to recover. 2 days on 1 off helps me. Good luck!

How did you realize that you have success with 2on/1off?

Or better said, what are the indicators that show the PE is efficient? (Others than waiting for 6 months with no gains, like me?) :) )

Everyone has a different routine. You have to pick what is your real goal? I enjoyed the added benefits from PE. I stopped mastrabating replaced it with edging / clamping. I get the great feeling of orgasm while leaving my load for lovin. My EQ is much improved. I get morning wood now.

I had long runs over 6 months with little to no gains. My relationship with my wife is now very different and we share my journey. She has reaped rewards also. She now gets extra forplay and sometimes I just give her the head and she finishes!

Nothing is the same for me. This journey opened a new world of what I thought would be fantasy. Your experience will differ none are the same. It all depends on your attitude and your dedication weather positive or negative results.

I have been thinking about over training lately. My erections have been OK but not great for the last four or five months. Last year, if I recall, erections were satisfactory but noticed that I had not awoken with wood at night or in the morning for quite a while. I got a red/near-infrared light therapy device in the summer that I use most days about 40 min. All fall, I had crazy boners galore night, morning, and the slightest arousing thought. It was like I was twenty again much of the time.
I rework my routine every few months and had been pushing for a five day routine. I was not getting nearly as much night wood and erections were difficult to get and maintain without visual stimulation. Over all, I was ok but wondered whether I was training too much. Friday was my most recent PE day. I would normally start again on Monday, but did not today because I am extra tired from lack of sleep all weekend, have too much to do, and am trying to eradicate what appears to be jock itch that appeared recently. On this the third day off from PE, I unexpectedly had the craziest stiffy during work. It was of the pubescent ilk that need thinking unsexy thoughts to stop. More experience will tell whether today was just a fluke or my routine is just past my training limit.
I started damiana and horny goat weed about two weeks ago. Maybe that’s just kicking in.

Anyway, maybe try taking a break for a week to see what happens? Also make sure you get enough sleep. If your boners come raging back by week’s end, you may want to pull back your routine a bit.

This is just my experience, but pumping kills my EQ. I do hanging with FIRe and my conclusion is that it is the way to go for me.
