Glans covered in patches of DARK RED!?

I have recently started hanging again after incurring what looked like a blood blister on my dick around where the foreskin attaches to the glans. It has since gone down and appears to have healed. It’s been a week and a half since my last PE and I noticed that my glans is almost covered in patches of dark red. Not spots but patches.

It seems as though my vac hanger isn’t sticking to my glans for some reason. I recall it used to absolutely suck my glans right into the cap and it used to be solid but now it seems to sag 1/2 way down my glans as soon as weight is applied. I don’t know if it is the sleeve, vacuum pump, or maybe the valve on the glans cap failing itself.

Could this be the reason for the dark spots? It’s as though it is “pulling” on the outside of my glans. Like pulling the tissues down etc. There even seemed to be a tiny amount of blood in the glans cap. Before I was hannging with 4.5k for 2 hours…this morning I only managed 1/2 an hour before it did this to my glans.

Ideas?

I use a vacuum hanger and heat. If my glands get too hot I get red spots that clear in 30 mins. Too much heat getting to the vacuum cup?

I think it was something to do with the old sleeve getting worn out and not holding a strong enough vacuum. The day after, the sleeve broke. I ordered a new sleeve which has now arrived and I will try it this week and report back.

Well, it would appear that the tissues around my frenulum have been damaged and hanging at the moment causes a lot of soreness at the edge of the glans. I am taking a break from hanging and waiting for time before next hanging while they heal.
