They have 4 products that are designed for preventing osteoporosis and promoting healthy bones. Calcium for building the bones, Vitamins D, & K for better absorption of calcium, and Vitamin C for collagen production.

What’s that got to do with PE?

I said to look at the product Vitalzyme which is a systemtic enzyme.

I checked it out and it claims to provide enzymes to the numerous biochemical reaction in the body, especially for elderly people.
While I don’t suppose taking Vitalzym can hurt anybody, my take is that if you are a healthy, active guy with a well balanced nutrition, there is little benefit in this supplement for you.

But that’s just me, you GC24 may have some good experience with Vitalzym - I’d like to hear what it’s done for you since you recommend it.

Nope, your wrong. It is used by the BodyBuilders from Europe who are healthy. It is for anyone as it helps out with circulation, inflamation, and helps to reduce Fibrin as it can build up as we age. My experience as a Bodybuilder has been that with the microscopic tears that I recieve, it helps to repair them very quickly. I would think that this would apply to PE, with those who vacuum pump and use extenders.

I know you BodyBuilders use all kinds of supps like amino acids etc., they are bound to be effective or they wouldn’t be so popular. Glad to hear about your good experience with the systemic enzymes. If it helps recovery after weight lifting then it may help recovery after intense PE workout as well.
