Hello, I am in this forum from a while but never wrote too much.

I tried everything for my hard flaccid, coming from jelqing before and pumping then. Like many of you said I think it could be dued to pelvic floor related problems. I tried vitamins (every sort of), vitamin c plus garlic, I tried not to masturbate for 15 days periods for almost 2 months, I tried paba, essential oils, ultrasounds, physiotherapic sessions and even diaphragmatic breathing, so almost everything that is on the topics on this site. None of it worked, at least for me.

But since I have fully recovered I want to share what has finally worked for me (after 3 years or so). I recovered training my lumbar muscles (pay attention in the beginning, especially if you haven’t trained them before) and my abdominals muscles once every 2 days. I had a lumbar muscles machines in my house and well, abs are easy to do.

I think, but maybe someone here has a better opinion and share it with us, that the reason it worked is before reinforcing equilibrium and stability muscles, the pelvic floor will be highly relieved.
