Also hard flaccid can be a result of an injury. Not only pelvic floor unbalance

True.

In my understanding of the condition, it can be caused by an injury to your pelvic floor muscles. Not only imbalance, but including it as well.

Of course it can take longer for the injury to heal. Depending on its severity, and cause.

Over-training can injure the pelvic floor muscles, be it by doing too many (or holding too hard) regular kegel reps, the same could be applied to reverse kegels as well. Straining can negatively affect the pelvic floor or even injure it.

I believe that balance is important with everything we do here. Find that sweet spot, it comes from starting with less, and not go overboard with the exercises.

Well that seems to be something so rare I’ve never come across it before (not that there is a picture, only a description to go by). So I can’t offer any help. Perhaps a specialist/urologist could.

firegoat is fully RETIRED from Thundersplace.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

It is my understanding that if they are not overdone, and without strain, reverse kegels can help balance a tense pelvic floor.

Of course if it is injured then neither exercise should be attempted until the pelvic floor completely recovers, but after that, a few reverse kegels should relax/stretch the muscles.

Do you recommend squats instead? I think it can be a good exercise to help with pelvic floor balance.

Reverse Kegel’ properly said are just trying to relax the BC muscle; this is not harmful. Unfortunately, another meaning of Reverse Kegel has been spread out, not sure coming from where: the idea that to relax pelvic muscles you should force to urinate. This is not going to do any good and has the potential to cause hemorroids and hernia.

Squats, deadlift and abs work are good for erection, I would be doubtful that in case of pelvic floor injury they can help, looks like they could aggravate the injury to me.

Thank you for the clarification. :)

I agree that straining the pelvic floor would aggravate an injury.

Urologists say i will be fine.I saw improvements and i fucked up by masturbating with porn and i felt a sharp pain which turned me back to square one. So yeah people please rest your dong :) .

Also about the skin issue… Well i dont know if its permament really. Iam gonna try some suplements in the future and iam gonna keep this thread updated.

If possible, find a physiotherapist who specializes in (or treats) pelvic floor imbalance. They will know what to do and/or offer better advice suited to each specific case.

Excuse me, I might have some language issues, but what does exactly “hard flaccid” mean? How does it feel?

Sometime ago I got a boner while being in extender. I took the device off, but boner was still there. I could bend the dick noticeable more than usually (I have an upside banana-shapen one, but at that time I could make it even more banan’ish). Is that a “hard flaccid”? Later the boner was gone and with the next one the “problem” was gone either.

5 15/16 NBPEL

5 1/8 MEG

Aim to 7 NBPEL x 6 MEG.

The hard flaccid is a condition where the penis is not soft in its flaccid state, the CCs are noticeably hard, but without having an erection. For some people, they also can’t get an erection due to having that condition.

I am no expert on extenders, but I read somewhere that it is normal for beginners to get erect while they are in the device, and you did the right thing by taking it off.

Hi there OP,

I’m new this forum but I do recognize your symptoms as I had some of them myself. My symptoms started to worsen over time even though I stopped doing PE. I believe anything that put pressure on my penis since that point has made it worse, so I’ll advide you to leave your penis alone as long as you can.

There are other theories about how lack of sexual activity can in fact make your penis shrink because of the lack of blood flow, but honestly I think night time erections should be enough to keep the blood flowing there.

Other than that I’ve heard that penis pumps (prefereably medical grade with a pressure gauge) can help the scar tissue (at least that’s what’s probably the cause) stretch so your erections will get bigger again. I’lll warn you though, NEVER overpump. I tried to get my size back this way, but for me it actually made things worse.

Also, cialis and pentoxifiline could maybe help since it keeps the blood flowing and makes red blood cells more flexible so it could maybe reach the damaged area better.

I’m not a doctor, nor did any of these treatments help me (however I might be worse of if I never tried cialis and pentox) but this is the best advice I can give you since peyronie’s is incureable. I also hope you will keep in mind that every size dick is better than a non-functioning one. I learned that the hard way, since my erection quality suffered a lot.

So hi again. I have a hard guitar string under the skin in the shaft. It hurts when I am erect. Can anyone diagnose that?

Hey there, does it also bend or has like a “dent” on the place where the ‘guitar string’ is? Could be some scar tissue.

I have a bend but its on the oposite side. Weird xd. So some people here told me that i should rest and then start a very very light routine. So my question is: what routine should i follow as an injured guy?.
