Eroset, I have been off of all PE for about two weeks now and have been massaging the lymphs and they are subsiding. One thing that I notice is the fact that when I massage the lymph, I can physically feel the lumps moving down my member into a bigger lymph vessel. They eventually disappear all together. I have noticed the two sides behind my glans getting smaller and smaller. A GOOD THING!!! You mention improving ones fauna, I take probiotics which help a great deal with that. I think that all of this started with clamping to much. I only did it for 10 minutes at a time, but I did it about 5 times over a period of 3 days.

The biggest thing that I can say to do is to massage it away with one way strokes. Away from the glans towards the base.

Let me ask you another question, Did you notice that the EVO kept anything swollen? It seems to be keeping the forskin (I am circumcised) that I do have swollen. Just wondering.

I want to bring up this old thread.

I posted in a clamping forum that I had a donut effect and I noticed it took a couple days to go away. The message outlined in this thread completely got rid of my the donut and drained most of the built up lymph fluid…all in about 20 min! Just think everyone with fluid buildup should be aware of this.
