Healing time for water blister

Yesterday, I used my VacExtender cap and sleeve as an ADS right after a clamping session. After two hours, I removed the cap to find two small water blisters on the tip of the glans. Apparently, there was excess fluid in the glans and also as the engorgement subsided a vacuum was created under the cap. The combination generated the water blisters.

Anyway, 24 hours later the blisters have mostly disappeared leaving the tip slightly tender and discolored. I had intercourse this morning without any problem; however, I was wondering how long I should wait before using the VacExtender.
