Huge Blister, 3 Months Passed

FYI, if you get an injury or have surgery you might want to avoid alcohol during your recovery period, or cut back as much as you can. There’s a considerable body of data showing how alcohol slows down the healing process by reducing the white blood cell count.

I don’t drink alcohol at all but do smoke hand made tobacco small cigs 5-6/day at least.

This is how it looks like now. i overdid it one single set using a small cylinder for too long and I’m paying the price for months/years. It’s not that bad, it’s just ugly and it will take even several more months to heal completely. The white stuff around the blister is leftover baneocin/vaseline wich i apply twice/day.

Don’t use Vaseline, I’m not telling you to use Aloe vera gel + kiwi juice

I used to cut my hand, I used petroleum jelly for a month and it didn’t heal

then I changed to other drugs to heal the wound

(after this incident I learned one thing, a simple small wound applied petroleum jelly every day, the wound will not heal)

I guarantee you, if you keep using Vaseline your wound won’t heal for a year

Lone Warrior is right. Keeping the wound damp will greatly slow the healing process.

It will heal faster if it’s dry. Downside: it’s more likely to leave a scar. But ordinary PE work does pretty well at mitigating scars; I have a whole thread on that.

That still looks like the result of some kind of bacterial infection after you got the blister. Blisters normally go away in a few days; if they don’t, it’s probably due to infection.

I was using baneocin wich is similar to neosporin cream, wich is the one most recommended cream to use for blisters. I couldn’t find aloe vera gel combined with kiwi juice, if you’re saying to buy aloe vera gel and some regular kiwi fruits and squeeze the juice out, then that sounds painful for the blister wound. I will buy some aloe vera gel and i stopped using any cream for now leaving the wound dry.

Thanks for the advice. Even if it is a bacterial infection, it will go away on it’s own. While this dangerously hot summer is going on i don’t want anymore expensive, long waiting in line for doctor appointments.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. That does not look like it has healed at all. A swab would identify what is going on, identify what (if any) bacteria is causing it, and then the relevant antibiotic could be prescribed if needed. You are taking a risk here.

I won’t post in this thread again as you seem to have decided on a course of action.

This is true and i was going to say the same thing, sometimes pumping helps heal old scars faster, sometimes even fresh new ones like blisters, I’ve had blisters before and continued pumping and they healed quickly.

I am not trying to do the wrong thing. I just don’t want to waste time, money and energy for something that might actually be an open blister wound that wasn’t allowed to heal properly due to daily "marathon" pumping.

dude you MUST go to a doctor, I can’t believe after 3 weeks (which was the point at which you took the intro photo to this thread) of it being a wound that wasn’t healing that you were posting a photo here asking advice and not waiting in line for a doctor. If you pump as much has you have for years then you care a whole lot about your cock. And not going to a doctor to take care of what you care so much about doesn’t make any sense at all.

The recent photo you posted looks like it is in really bad shape, it is an open hole, and it is not healing and most likely infected. You could wind up with a major medical problem from this, please do not wait any longer. If this were me I’d be in the ER for this injury and would pack sandwiches, drinks, a pillow, whatever it took and however long of a wait it would be to be seen by a professional. I pray you get medical attention ASAP!

Starting length, Spring 2003: bpel 6 3/8", bpfsl ~6 1/2", flaccid ~3-4" (never measured flaccid stretched or hanging flaccid; starting girth was probably ~5"-5 1/4")

Summer 2004: bpel 7 7/8", bpfsl 8 1/8", flaccid ~4", erect girth 5.3"

Spring 2018: bpel 7 1/4", bpfsl 7 5/8", erect girth 5 1/8"; Spring 2020: bpel 7 3/4", bpfsl 8", erect girth 5 3/8". Current - August 2023: bpel 7 3/4", bpfsl 8", erect girth mid shaft 5 1/4" (5 1/2" at base)

If an ordinary wound is aloe vera gel will work if a bacterial infection there is a medicine that is perfect for your current condition (erythromycin ointment)
If there is no improvement after a month you are advised to see a doctor
Try to keep the wound dry try not to allow contact with water shower with plastic wrap around the penis (Take a bath)
Wait for the wound to heal and exercise

8 days off and still looks like that only smaller. I know for sure it’s going away on it’s own but you guys are right, i should have went to get a swab and get a recommendation.
I tried getting an appointment this week even during the weekend but a couple of doctors available in my area are booked until next week.
What antibiotic should i take for the next 5-7 days until i can go see a doctor?

This is how it looks now, I’m convinced it’s a bacterial infection after leaving it dry for so long. The baneocin actually seemed to work and the area seemed to improve, but i would almost always start my pe routine by now(1week+ time off). I’m mentioning this because i would see the area bleed a little after i would use higher pressure during the set, but only once and i could continue my routine without any blood and the wound would be left intact. The leftover white stuff is another cream i applied today in the early morning which is used to help heal wounds faster, commonly used to avoid scars.

Wtf bro go to the doctor

Amoxicillin or penicillin would be good choices against an unknown infection. But since it’s healing, albeit slowly, your best bet is to wait for the doc. All you’d need would be for DIY meds to knock the infection back enough that the labs show a bacteria count low enough he won’t prescribe the proper antibiotic for whatever it is.

But you guys need to see steventhomas misfit’s pictures on the pumping forumnewart.

Plus other superstar pumpers who definitely haven’t died or anything from a bacterial infection, and they can be seen withholding super high pressures with a hole lot of ugly blisters and other visible signs of old blisters that haven’t healed completely.

I was doing long sets in the 2,25 because i was so pleased with the first 5 min i thought, i need to see what 2 hours do. i just wanted to complete my goal(1000 hours), being so close and all.

Here are 3 screenshots from a video i was making of myself to notice differences and i started flaccid testing out the tp roll, then got erect and after filming mysel i was quite pleased with the width. I didn’t do an edging session so i wasn’t rock hard, wich can only mean I’ll be even bigger rock hard.

Here’s Steve, no disrespect to him, he’s been pumping for more than 30 years so obviously he’s someone i look up to, but i do not understand how this happened for him, he said it’s lefover foreskin that was left uncut and grew from years of pumping, which sounds logical but i never seen anything similar on myself, and I’m uncut so it should be the other way around.

Not going off topic, just something I thought is worth to keep in mind.

I will see the doctor next week, probably won’t try antibiotics, but maybe I’ll take them for a couple of days just in case amoxicillin or another one is working too well to stop. I will ask the pharmacist what i should take in his opinion too. After all, this can’t be rocket science, how much of a difference can there be in antibiotics.

Could also be a fungal infection, a gram negative infection, a penicillin-resistant gram positive bacterium or an atypical bacterium that won’t respond to penicillin-derived antibiotics like amoxicillin. Theoretically you could take a penicillin-derivative and decolonize your healthy skin flora which could enable a different bug’s infection to fulminate (get much worse) rather than improve because your skin flora might be keeping the bad bugs in check. Although uncommon, this situation would make it go from bad to worse.

So instead of self-prescribing antibiotics from opinions on the forum, please go see a doctor, at least before you start taking antibiotics.

Rock out with your cock out!
