I got ED from over pumping that has not recovered after 4 months

Whether is hormones, heart, diabetes, and many more conditions, regardless, that is what has to be addressed in the first place. Trying to resolve ED in this case is only treating the result of the disease, not the disease itself.

Instead of an urologist I would start with a primary care to do a complete checkup and dig the root cause of your ED in the past first. Just throwing cialis or viagra on it is useless and in my opinion, negligent.

This. You need to go and find out if you have any health issues that need to be addressed. ED is commonly an indicator of other underlying issues, given your age I’d seriously recommend you visit a good GP and explain your history. Get blood work, get your cardiovascular system checked out. ED in younger patients can be psychological in nature but this is far from a blanket statement. Either way, it’s still a legitimate medical issue that you should attempt to resolve.

My advice, continue to seek treatment with different doctors and lay off any PE activity until you know what is happening. Focus on physiological / mental health and try not to have anxiety over what is likely a temporary issue. But do not ignore it.

I agree, if your previous ED was related to penile fibrosis, go back to doctors to see is that is still causing you problems this time or is something different.

Shockwave Therapy

Also there might be plaque buildup in your penis which prevents blood flow to go into your penis. Ask licensed professionals about shockwave therapy to release that buildup of plaque.

Uncle is a Psychiatrist and he gave me advice about something similar. Try taking a viagra or cialis and putting on a cock ring or string around the shaft after getting your erection. Try to masturbate with it on and I bet you, you’ll be able to maintain it. This entire thing might be psychosomatic so you will get over your mental block if you do this!

But your CC’s are behind, not big enough to press against the tunica and maintain an erection.

Ultimately, you have to determine that to be the case. If it is, the solution would be to start jelquing and clamping. Those exercises target the CC’s.

This might actually be very true for many of us novice pumpers(between 1-3years of experience I would imagine is still novice). My EQ has never been as “top notch” as it was when I was clamping, I haven’t clamped in more than 6 months, only used a metal ring wich can be similar. But I tried clamping with a cable clamp yesterday and I was feeling this throbbing pulse in my kegels the second I started, it sort of comes with a vengeance because of all the time that has went by without clamping at all. I still pumped routinely during this time, I just couldn’t get those strong kegels to come as natural as when combining with clamping.
I’ve also been doing many Uli squeezes, I still can’t manage to grab my base like the cable clamp over an ace bandage does..

Could pumping with smaller tubes/core pumping work the CCs as well?

Well I’m sure I had previous ED due to structural issues (Fibrosis). This was manageable with cialis.

I’m a healthy guy no underlying conditions, athlete, healthy weight, ripped, do not do drugs frequently, medical checkups show nothing and I’m young.

This time after severe overpumping in desperation to remedy peyronies it seems the damage that was caused worsened the mild ED to almost total now.

So this is just a response, thank you to everyone who commented and tried to help. It doesn’t seem to be related to any underlying issue and I do not consume porn often.

Try lots of heat, massage, Cialis and/or Citrulline malate, put a strong little vibrator into the parts where you feel the issues are. Could even try something like Nattokinase. Continue to read and learn all you can about your situation. I recommend you focus on improving EQ and Peyronies before you even think about the gains. Think blood flow and flexibility of tissue. Over pumping can seriously kill your dick. If you’re not cautious you can easily put too much pressure on the blood cells and ‘plumbing’. You’re still young and have a strong regenerative hormonal system so make the most of it while you still can so you hopefully don’t have to deal with these issues into your 30s and beyond. Don’t overestimate the roll of size when it comes to getting laid and giving/receiving pleasure. It’s really not a huge deal in the scheme of things. Don’t buy into the red pill bullshit too much. Take care of yourself man. You only get one body. Good luck with your journey.

Thanks man, while I’m still hopeful its been 5 months since the original injury with no improvement so I can same I’m feeling discouraged.
That being said I’m still trying to be as healthy as possible and I agree with you my EQ comes first before I ever touch PE which is totally optionally.

I ended up scouring the internet and found quite a few anecdotes of loss of erections from pumping but no real remedy, I’m still trying to learn everyday but its tough.

Did my eyes just read “Max Vaccum”?

Are you saying you pumped at -30 in Hg (all the way to the left, most red on the scale?)

2022: BPEL: 7.08" x MSEG: 5.00"/18.0cm x 12.7cm.

2024: BPEL: 7.50" x MSEG: 5.30"/19.0cm x 13.5cm.

Extender: 1.3k hours (13/10/2024). Goal: 3k hours.

Yes, shockwave can help if there is fibrosis in your penis. Might take 4-6 sessions.

Good question- can you get hard if you masturbate? Do you have morning wood?

YOu better find a better urologist fast. ALso check your hearth and get a bloodwork done to see if you lack any micro/macronutrients. Part of your problem may be due to poor nutrition. If normal medicine and supplements and urologist can’t help then there is only one way. Alternative or eastern medicine. Try acupuncture. Try reiki healer. Seek a Chineese Doc. Act asap
