I got ED from over pumping that has not recovered after 4 months

I pumped 30 min twice a day holding max vacuum erection for 1 min for around a month.
During this I experienced soreness at max vacuum but never any overt signs of pain.

Since then my erections have been floppy, penis feels very soft. I can’t get an erection hard enough for penetration, even though I can easily get
Chubby on Cialis.

I initially thought my body would heal as I never got any pain/bruising or any serious sign to stop. It’s been 4 months now so I have to reevaluated things.

I’m really not sure what is causing the ED but I have a theory that my tunica got overstretched and lost it’s ability to be rigid, as now my erections and penis
Feel much more similar to the erections I had in the VED - floppy and soft.
I never had any obvious injury during pumping, however pumping this hard regularly for a month seems to have caused some sort of deformation leading to loss
Of erections.

I’m not sure what to do as my urologist doesn’t seem interested at all in treating me.

Above my paygrade unfortunately.

If you think it is genuinely due to injury best course of action may be to see a new Dr.

Start (07/02/2022) BPEL: 6.5" EG: 5.5"

Now: BPEL 6.8" EG: 5.5"

Goal: BPEL: 8.5"

I don’t think is an injury. If you can get an erection on cialis, then you are fine. What it seems to me that happened, is that by approaching pumping so aggressive, you successfully stretched your tunica. But your CC’s are behind, not big enough to press against the tunica and maintain an erection.

Ultimately, you have to determine that to be the case. If it is, the solution would be to start jelquing and clamping. Those exercises target the CC’s.

Period 1: 06/08/2020 BPFSL: 22cm (8.66") BPEL: 22cm (8.66") EG: 15.8cm (6.25") => 09/07/2020 BPFSL: 23.9cm (9.40")

Period 2: 05/01/2021 BPFSL: 24cm (9.44") BPEL: 22cm (8.66") EG: 15.8cm (6.25") => 07/24/2021 BPFSL: 25.4cm (10.00") BPEL: 23.5cm (9.25")

Goal: 1 Foot x 7.5 Inches (30.48cm x 19.05cm) NBPEL

I can’t get an erection even on 10mg Cialis daily. I only get expansion not even close to rigid erection.
I also want to mention I had ED for the past 4-5 years before even pumping that was manageable with Cialis but is ruined now.

What did your urologist tell you?

Did he give any diagnosis at all?

Or suggest any treatment or management options?

Have you tried using a cock ring for getting an erection?

What is the maximum vacuum pressure you exposed your penis to?

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

He scheduled me for an ultrasound wait is over a year. Didn’t really seem to care.

He said usually pumping injuries aren’t that serious, but I have a history of ED so maybe my penis was less resilient to begin with.

He told me to play around with my daily dosage of Cialis didn’t really do much.

I have not, worried a the constriction of a cock ring can cause further trauma (my penis is very trauma prone).

The maximum pressure was not high based on the gauge, it was 1-2 Hg, however this was enough to fully expand my penis to the point of soreness, which suggests
Tissues being strained.

It’s been a solid 5 months since I stopped everything with no improvement.

Perhaps try another urologist?

How old are you?
ED is not a voodoo curse, nor a lottery. ED is the consequence of another underlying condition. Wether is hormones, heart, diabetes, and many more conditions, regardless, that is what has to be addressed in the first place. Trying to resolve ED in this case is only treating the result of the disease, not the disease itself.

Instead of an urologist I would start with a primary care to do a complete checkup and dig the root cause of your ED in the past first. Just throwing cialis or viagra on it is useless and in my opinion, negligent.

I’m 24, and an athlete. My blood work is fine and my last test my test was around 800 ng/dl.
I’ve had a history of ED that was managed with cialis due to organic reasons.

I understand the assumption but I do not have underlying conditions and have had checkups for ED in the past.
This was caused by the overpumping.

But you had ED before. That is not normal. Of course mainstream medicine wont be able to address that situation but unfortunately most of the population is the only medicine field they have access to. Also I’ve heard the medical coverage in Canada is horrible since its socialized. Any chance you can come to the US to see a specialist?

In a socialist medicine a simple ultrasound has a waiting list of a year. That is just ridiculous. Over here you walk in to the clinic and get it done immediately.

Yeah I had ED due to some internal fibrosis. So it’s clear my dick is more injury prone.

From what I hear in the ED/peyronies groups the urologists in america aren’t so great either.
It seems even if they could find something wrong the only real treatment I have is just to be healthy and wait.

There doesn’t seem to be any treatments available to address tunica deformation or venous leak, outside of something invasive like surgery.

That’s why I’m really not sure what to do.

Jelq 200x Before You Pump

The recommended time Pump Manufacturers have on their instruction is 15 mins. You over did it.

Firstly, I would jelq around 150 to 200x then go for a 5 min pump. Also try hydropumping. The MityVac from Matters of Size Shop is excellent. It’s dual air and water.

Also take 1 capsule of BLACK GINGER a day. That heals impotency. You can buy it in pill form. Take 5 to 6 grams of Arginine along with it. Take these supplements 30 mins before your session.

Jelqing is where you can get quality Hard erections physically, but the Black Ginger and Arginine is where you get blood flowing.

Let me know if this helps. You should see results within a week after doing what I told you. Also don’t pump everyday, every other day or 2 on 1 off is good.

I’m not going to jelq or do anymore PE.

How does the black ginger and arginine combo compare with Cialis/Viagra?

Black Ginger

Black Ginger alone would help. I take it with arginine to boost nitric oxide levels.

I’m 33 and never had to be on either cialis/viagra.

I was skeptical in trying either because I heard after a few months your body becomes dependent on them, making you not get a hard on without them.

Black ginger and arginine are an all natural way to heal impotency.

Also, slice up some eggplants, put them in a glass jar that is drinkable (make sure it’s glass and not plastic) fill it to the top with water. Let it sit in your fridge for a whole day, then drink the the water.

I was going to ask what your porn use is like. Lots of healthy guys in their 20s now face ED like never before and a lot of it stems from reliance on porn. Not that you watch porn at all, you didn’t say if you did, but it is a known cause for ED. It gave me ED for several months and as soon as I quit I got hard all on my own easily again. Sounds like you have fibrosis so that is maybe the cause. But why doctors haven’t connected fibrosis to your ED is something I would ask them about.

Starting length, Spring 2003: bpel 6 3/8", bpfsl ~6 1/2", flaccid ~3-4" (never measured flaccid stretched or hanging flaccid; starting girth was probably ~5"-5 1/4")

Summer 2004: bpel 7 7/8", bpfsl 8 1/8", flaccid ~4", erect girth 5.3"

Spring 2018: bpel 7 1/4", bpfsl 7 5/8", erect girth 5 1/8"; Spring 2020: bpel 7 3/4", bpfsl 8", erect girth 5 3/8". Current - August 2023: bpel 7 3/4", bpfsl 8", erect girth mid shaft 5 1/4" (5 1/2" at base)
