How to know when my penis is recovered and ready to re-train?

Hi, I’ve been training 2 months with the newbie routine without the stretches. Two weeks ago they gave me an empty pump with an ID (2.55 “) too big for me and last Sunday I was about 20 minutes inside the tube between 4 and 6hg and when I had my penis out I had a pain on the left side of the Base. I realized that it was too much and that tube was not for me so I should wait a few months to start to pump more smoothly and with the right cylinder.

Wednesday I hung up and it was fine and I did jelqs and returned the pain, I have been since Wednesday without training.

Yesterday and before yesterday I have not had pain but today I have been a bit of discomfort in a flaccid state.

When should I go back to training?

At night I have erections every night.

Help please.

Rest is a good thing. Stop all PE until you’re healed. In the meantime, warm massages without erection are beneficial. Slow is the way to go.

Nothing is lost. Any reduction in size will come right back once you are healed up and start working again.

The simple answer is, listen to your penis. When it doesn’t hurt to work it out, then you can return to working it out. If you wanted to do bench presses at the gym, but you had pulled or strained a muscle, you would not start back working out if it was fifty percent better. You’d wait until it was one hundred percent again. So if it hurts, stop working. It’s actually pretty straightforward. You just want to get right back to it, which is just human nature, but you have to be smart, let it get all the way better.

Today I have done 10 minutes of jelqs without much pressure and it has not hurt me, I consider it a good sign.

How do you see tonight doing another 10 minutes like it used to? Or I go slower?
