I have 2 big spaghetti like veins on both sides of my penis. Urologist aren’t useful and I refused to let my dick get needles in it. The veins sometimes shrink and then out of nowhere they become large and you can legitimately move them around in place and they are thick. No pain but I know they’re not normal. Any one with a solution would be great

The last time I checked veins were a good thing. It seems the body needs them for this thing called circulation.I have always wondered why everyone complains about veins ( although more times that not there is no problem) but no one ever complains of arteries or capillaries. If I was one of them guys I’d be ticked.

I believe you are completely normal unless one day you woke up and suddenly became veiny. Some guy are veiny and others are really smooth. I like the veiny look.
