Im Back

hello brothers I’m back I come with good news and bad news, the good news is that I had a couple of ultrasounds and tests and I have no injuries, although I will have a venous doppler to see how my penis is in erection, although the ultrasound without doppler came out normal the doppler that only looks at the veins I don’t think it makes a difference, the bad thing is that apparently I have tight pelvic floor muscles what is known as hard flaccid syndrome is an injury due to excess kegels or edging, with the passage of time Over time I have improved a little let’s say 30-40% doing reverse kegels and doing relaxation exercises, I have concluded this because when I do a routine that has to force the lower area such as the crotch or hamstrings it hurts, my back hurts a lot also and the muscles of the pelvis start from the middle part of the spine to the hamstrings, it is like a huge sac that holds your organs in this case the stomach or intestines, the penis and other muscles around pelvic pain, this injury also generates psychological anguish or post-traumatic stress since it affects recovery a lot, what injured me was not the exercises, it was the squeezing or stressing the pelvic floor muscles a lot because they contract on their own and It can be annoying now imagine squeezing them intentionally, be it in the control of ejaculation, orgasm, feces, urine or the moment of being nervous, stressed or the gym such as lifting weights, since this I would like to know who suffered from this and what advice would you give me to overcome it thanks
