Injury Help?
So this is going to be a long story about this injury I got recently. Sorry about how long it is but I made this as details as possible to get the best advice. And I’ve never posted before so I had to post here if someone could move this thread to the injury section that would be great.
My story:
So around a year ago I ran across this forum and r/gettingbigger and decided I wanted to try to make my dick bigger. I started out doing a basic manual routine for girth and length that I found. I did it for a couple months and saw minimal results mostly just better EQ. I then decided to order an apex extender because I’d heard a lot of good things about it. Odor the next few months I basically didn’t do any PE at all since I was having trouble figuring out how to get myself to stop slipping out of the vacuum cup. Then in January of this year I decided to try it out again and I figured out what the issue was. Since January of this year I’ve been really busy with work and life in general so I would only do PE on my days off which was basically only 2 days a week. At first I started with 45 minutes in the apex extender and would up the tension whenever I could without hurting myself. I did this for a few months and I was seeing some gains. Around May I learned about strain rate and taking rests every 5 minutes for 30 seconds to a minute. I also started measuring the springs to determine the weight I was using and I started to test how long it would take for me to reach that 2-3% strain rate. I went back to 3-4 pounds for 45 minutes. Around this time I also ordered a leluv air pump with an air gauge and started pumping for 20 minutes doing sets of 2 minutes at 3-5 hg with 30 seconds rest between sets. If I had two days off I’d just do my apex extender routine in the morning or night and then apex in the morning the next day and pumping routine in the afternoon. If I had three days off then I’d repeat the first day routine on the third day as well.
The injury:
So everything was going well at this point. And I decided that since I was only doing PE for a few days then I’d up the workload. I would do my apex routine morning and night on my days off and I’d pump every other day. (So still just once a week.) And things were still going good I had seen half an inch in length gains from 5.7 to 6.2 in BPEL since I started in January. My girth hadn’t really changed much or if it did it was minimal. It was still at 4.75 from when I first started. So now for the injury. On July 26th I was doing my apex and pumping routine that I had been doing for the past month on my second day off when I decided to increase my time in the pump from two minutes to 4 minutes with 30 seconds of rest for the last two sets and I came out the pump thicker than usual and it was really cool to see. Also I forgot to mention. Whenever I would finish my pumping session I would get in the shower to clean off, do some fire rolls to prevent discoloration, and masturbate. I was feeling good and that night I still did my apex routine. The next morning when I woke up I knew I had gone too far since I was sore near the right side of the base of my dick and it felt like there was some sort of string on the right side of my fat pad that felt different and was sore when I touched it. Also my morning erection had a hard bump on the right side of my base really close to the shaft that was also sore when I touched it. Later that day I tested to see if I could still get an erection so I masturbated and everything was fine apart from the soreness but I still decided I’d leave it alone for the next few days to hopefully let it heal. As the next few days went by I noticed that my erections were getting weaker and weaker and I got some erectile dysfunction. I made a post about it on r/gettingbigger and people were like oh just give it a rest for a couple weeks 99% youlll be fine.
Doctors visit:
At the end of that first week I was getting really worried so I decided to go to urgent care to get it checked out and see what the doctor had to say. That morning I had a really weak erection that went away quick. Also my erections had become lopsided and would lean to the left it was like the right side of my penis wasn’t putting in the effort to get an erection. So I went to see a doctor and this is how it went. I told the doctor about my soreness that I’d been having at the base of my penis and under the fat pad and about my erectile dysfunction. He was like wow you’re a young man (I’m in my early 20s) you’re not supposed to be having those problems. I was like yeah I know and he asked me if I had masturbated and I told him yeah. I was too embarrassed to tell him about the pump and extender. So he examined me where I had been sore but I told him the soreness was going away. I pointed out where it was sore on the right side and he’s like oh well there’s a tendon there (it’s actually a ligament in that area). He’s like that’s it? He said I thought it would be worse he said he thought I had swelling or something. He then told me oh your good man just give it some rest and if it’s not good in a moth then schedule an appointment with your primary doctor. I told him my concerns I had about the bump near the base when I’d get and erection and how I’d been getting weaker and morning erections up until that morning when I had one for the first time in a few days. He’s like yeah man just leave it alone 1 week is nothing for something like this. I told him about my loss of sensitivity and how it doesn’t feel the same. He said oh I’ve never heard something like that just take it easy. I also told him about how my right side of my penis doesn’t feel like it’s putting in effort to achieve an erection and it’s always lopsided on the left side now. If I remember correctly he was just like there’s not a right or left side to the penis it’s just one thing. So yeah he basically just told me to get some rest and that it’ll fix itself. He added that a lot of this is probably my mind stressing about it.
After doctors visit:
So after the doctors visit my morning erection started improving day by day. About a week later I woke up and my morning erection was probably like 90% of what it once was. I was super horny and gave it a few strokes to see how it felt. Everything seemed normal except for the bump near the right side of my base and it was still a little lopsided. The bump wasn’t sore anymore. Later that day I tried to see if I could get an erection from flaccid by masturbating and I could but I decided to stop when I felt discomfort during masturbation. If I remember correctly I felt the discomfort on the right side of my shaft when I kegeled while masturbating. When I felt this I immediately stopped and didn’t mess with it anymore. The following few days I was still getting morning erection and I felt like I was on the road to recovery. Then as days started to pass my erections would get weaker and weaker. And I started to realize that my flaccid felt hard and I was like oh shit not good. Also whenever I would take a shit I’d notice that blood would pump in to my penis and sometimes I’d get semi erect but nothing like that happens anymore. I’d also sometimes get a random erection but those started to get weaker and the last random one I had the head didn’t even enlarge.
Today:
So it’s been a month since my injury started. I now have hard flaccid, erectile dysfunction, tingling in penis, pain/uncomfortableness when squeezing penis shaft, low libido, and uncomfortableness in between my balls and anus. I also sometime get tingles in my body mostly in my legs and I think it’s worse because most of the day I’m sitting down at my job. I have to add that my hard flaccid usually goes away temporarily when I piss and when I’m sleeping. So yeah I’m certain I fucked up big time. Most people say injuries heal within a month if they get worse or persist then they’re most likely permanent. I’ve told my family about my situation and what people have been saying online about how it’s most likely permanent. They’re like well you shouldn’t listen to them you should listen to a doctor. I’ve also been so stressed by this situation and I feel like I’m going insane. I’m so thankful to have a loving family that is keeping my head above water tbh. I even quit my job just to be able to get this sorted out. I have a doctors appointment with my primary care doctor and honestly I’m just gonna tell him everything I was doing. He’ll probably refer me to a urologist but man it’s become hell on earth ever since this happened to me. I honestly wish I never started this shit. I had a perfectly normal and average penis but now I’m faced with the possibility of never having a working penis again. I honestly don’t know what I’ll do if I don’t start seeing improvements. If anyone has any advice or has been through a similar experience please reply and let me know. Thanks you guys.
